【摘要】：對《新媒體聯(lián)盟地平線報告(2015圖書館版)》的特點、歷年報告對比及核心內(nèi)容進行分析,重點闡述未來5年圖書館在技術(shù)規(guī)劃和決策領(lǐng)域的全球性焦點問題。包括提升研究內(nèi)容的可取得性和重視對圖書館空間的反思、學(xué)術(shù)記錄迅速發(fā)展和數(shù)據(jù)管理的關(guān)注度提升、注重加強用戶體驗和優(yōu)先應(yīng)用傳輸移動數(shù)據(jù)和內(nèi)容等3項關(guān)鍵趨勢;將圖書館服務(wù)嵌入課程體系和增進信息素養(yǎng)、來自其他服務(wù)途徑的競爭和重新定義圖書館員的角色和技能、直面變革需求和改革陳舊知識管理結(jié)構(gòu)等6項面臨挑戰(zhàn);創(chuàng)客空間、在線學(xué)習(xí)、可視化信息、語義網(wǎng)與關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)、智能定位和機器學(xué)習(xí)等6項重要技術(shù)。提出辯證看待《報告》并積極審慎應(yīng)用新技術(shù)、建設(shè)新型學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和開發(fā)整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資源、推進圖書館知識服務(wù)建設(shè)、提升圖書館員信息素養(yǎng)、探索跨界合作服務(wù)等建議。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of the New Media Alliance Horizon report 2015 Library Edition, the comparison of previous reports and the core content are analyzed. This paper focuses on the global focus of library in the field of technology planning and decision-making in the next five years, including enhancing the availability of research content and emphasizing the reflection of library space, the rapid development of academic records and the increasing attention to data management. Focusing on three key trends: strengthening the user experience and prioritizing the transfer of mobile data and content; embedding library services into curriculum systems and enhancing information literacy; competition from other services; and redefining librarians' roles and skills, Facing the challenges of facing the need for change and reforming the old knowledge management structure; creating space, online learning, visual information, semantic web and associated data, Six important technologies, such as intelligent positioning and machine learning, are put forward to treat the report dialectically, to actively and prudently apply new technologies, to build new learning infrastructure and to develop and integrate high-quality resources, and to promote the construction of library knowledge services. Improve librarians' information literacy, explore cross-boundary cooperation services and other suggestions.
