【摘要】：近年來,學校法律治理研究的相關文獻數(shù)量呈上升發(fā)展態(tài)勢,已經形成了核心作者群和高產機構群,研究集中于公立高校與政府的法律關系,民辦學校、公立中小學校和教師的法律地位,學生傷害事故與法律責任以及學校內部治理結構等,還應在研究對象、研究方法、研究視角、人才隊伍建設等方面進行深化研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of related documents on the study of school legal governance is on the rise, and has formed a core author group and a group of high-yielding institutions. The research focuses on the legal relationship between public universities and the government, and private schools. The legal status of public primary and secondary schools and teachers, student injury accidents and legal responsibilities, and the internal governance structure of the school should also be further studied in the aspects of research object, research method, research angle of view, construction of talent team and so on.
