【摘要】：高等學校是中國基礎研究、高新技術研發(fā)的主力軍,發(fā)揮著知識供給、創(chuàng)新和傳播的核心作用,其整體科研水平高,是專利信息資源的主要使用用戶。針對目前高校專利信息服務部門和專利信息資源分散、服務部門之間分工不清、服務不深入的狀況,運用系統(tǒng)動力學觀點,依托Vensim軟件建立了專利信息服務模型開展分析。結果表明,提升反饋機制的時效性、增加學科嵌入的范圍、適當提高協(xié)同機制有利于服務機構能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the main force in China's basic research, high-tech R & D, and play a central role in knowledge supply, innovation and dissemination, and their overall scientific research level is high. Is the main user of patent information resources. In view of the current situation that patent information service departments and patent information resources in colleges and universities are dispersed, the division of labor between service departments is not clear and the services are not deep enough, the point of view of system dynamics is used. The analysis of patent information service model based on Vensim software shows that improving the timeliness of feedback mechanism, increasing the scope of subject embedding and properly increasing the cooperative mechanism are beneficial to the improvement of service organization capacity.
