【摘要】：用戶(hù)畫(huà)像是大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)的工具之一。圖書(shū)館擁有龐大的用戶(hù)群和海量的數(shù)據(jù),利用好用戶(hù)畫(huà)像可以幫助圖書(shū)館員了解用戶(hù),為用戶(hù)提供精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)。文章探討了國(guó)外圖書(shū)館領(lǐng)域用戶(hù)畫(huà)像的研究現(xiàn)狀,從定義與組成、算法與技術(shù)、模型構(gòu)建、實(shí)踐應(yīng)用、問(wèn)題與策略等5個(gè)方面作了詳細(xì)的闡述。借鑒國(guó)外圖書(shū)館領(lǐng)域用戶(hù)畫(huà)像的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),文章提出國(guó)內(nèi)圖書(shū)館應(yīng)用用戶(hù)畫(huà)像的思路。
[Abstract]:User portrait is one of the tools to achieve precision service in big data's time. Libraries have a large user base and huge amounts of data, and making good use of user portraits can help librarians understand users. This paper discusses the current research situation of user portrait in the field of library abroad, including definition and composition, algorithm and technology, model construction, practical application, etc. This paper expounds in detail five aspects, such as problems and strategies, and puts forward the train of thought of applying user portraits in domestic libraries for reference to the development experience of users' portraits in the field of libraries abroad.
