【摘要】：[目的/意義]對國內外顛覆性技術發(fā)現(xiàn)方法進行系統(tǒng)梳理,分析存在問題,提出未來研究方向,為今后顛覆性技術識別方法的研究奠定基礎。[方法/過程]在辨析顛覆性技術與相關技術概念的基礎上,分析總結目前各種顛覆性技術發(fā)現(xiàn)方法及優(yōu)缺點,并整理歸納各方法所依據(jù)的主要評判思想和指標。[結果/結論]現(xiàn)有的顛覆性技術發(fā)現(xiàn)方法主要是基于技術管理與應用角度的主觀分析,基于專利或科學論文統(tǒng)計分析的客觀性探測研究也開始少量出現(xiàn),但均處于待發(fā)展階段,仍然存在許多不足之處;顛覆性技術發(fā)現(xiàn)方法未來研究方向應該是利用情報學理論方法,基于專利與論文兩者相結合的數(shù)據(jù)源,從客觀性角度建立顛覆性技術識別的合理、適用的指標體系,提升技術發(fā)現(xiàn)的準確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] systematically combing the methods of subversive technology discovery at home and abroad, analyzing the existing problems, and putting forward the future research direction. It lays a foundation for the study of subversive technology identification methods in the future. [method / process] on the basis of discriminating and analyzing the concept of subversive technology and related technology, this paper analyzes and summarizes all kinds of subversive technology discovery methods and their advantages and disadvantages. The main evaluation ideas and indicators on which the methods are based are summarized. [results / conclusions] the existing subversive technology discovery methods are mainly based on subjective analysis from the perspective of technology management and application. The objective detection research based on patent or scientific paper statistical analysis also appeared in a small amount, but it is still in the stage of development, and there are still many deficiencies. The research direction of the subversive technology discovery method in the future should be to establish a reasonable and applicable index system for subversive technology identification from the perspective of objectivity by using the information science theory method and the data source combining patent and paper. Improve accuracy and effectiveness of technical findings.
