【摘要】：圖書(shū)采訪信息的搜集和整理[1]是圖書(shū)館采訪人員做好圖書(shū)采訪[2]工作的前提,是圖書(shū)館能否做好藏書(shū)業(yè)務(wù)建設(shè)工作的重要保證。二十一世紀(jì),在現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的社會(huì)環(huán)境下,傳統(tǒng)的圖書(shū)采訪手段已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要,圖書(shū)采訪工作已經(jīng)相對(duì)落后。近年來(lái),為適應(yīng)社會(huì)讀者對(duì)閱讀的發(fā)展需求,筆者充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),在不斷建立適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的圖書(shū)館服務(wù)空間與館藏規(guī)模的同時(shí),進(jìn)一步研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下圖書(shū)采訪工作[3][4]。本論文介紹了公共圖書(shū)館新書(shū)選購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括系統(tǒng)管理、新書(shū)薦購(gòu)、書(shū)目管理、選購(gòu)管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類(lèi)關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The collection and arrangement of book acquisition information [1] is the premise for library acquirers to do a good job of book acquisition [2] and the important guarantee for library to do a good job in the construction of book collection business. 21th century, In the social environment of the rapid development of modern information technology, the traditional means of book acquisition can no longer meet the needs of the development of the times, and the work of book acquisition has been relatively backward. In recent years, in order to meet the needs of social readers for the development of reading, The author makes full use of modern information technology and network technology, while constantly establishing the service space and collection scale of the library which adapts to the development of the times. This paper introduces the research background, the project significance and the current research and application status of the new book purchase system of public library, and clarifies the content and main work of the paper. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process and so on, and gives the revamped business process, in the function analysis, the paper uses the case analysis and the use case description, in the function analysis, the paper through the use case analysis and the use case description, The function of the system is clarified, and the general function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including system management, new book recommendation, bibliography management, purchase management and so on. This paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, establishes the database table structure, and summarizes the research and analysis work done at the end of the paper. The future work is prospected.
