【摘要】：隨著計算機技術、網(wǎng)絡技術、通訊技術和信息處理技術的飛速發(fā)展,光盤多媒體出版物的大量發(fā)行,以及Internet和其他信息網(wǎng)絡上信息資源的極大豐富,給傳統(tǒng)圖書館帶來新的生機與挑戰(zhàn),圖書館正在向電子化、網(wǎng)絡化、數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)變。伴隨著人們對信息需求的日益旺盛和計算機信息技術的不斷發(fā)展,圖書館也迎來了新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。以計算機為基礎而建立的圖書館電子閱覽室不僅能夠及時有效地為讀者提供更多更廣泛的知識信息和向讀者傳遞更多的電子文獻資料,而且有利于推進圖書館信息服務現(xiàn)代化時代的實現(xiàn)。寧夏師范學院圖書館已分別有圖書防盜、文獻檢索系統(tǒng),建成了館藏書目數(shù)據(jù)庫采用計算機化管理,雖然上述系統(tǒng)已能積極的為學校各級各類讀者的教學和科研工作服務,然而,現(xiàn)在電子閱覽室的系統(tǒng)管理仍然很分散各自獨立為政,相對而言技術上還比較落后,且沒有一套完整的將上述電子閱覽室業(yè)務整合的基于C/S架構的圖書館電子閱覽室綜合管理方案。針對上述問題,本文通過對國內(nèi)外近幾年來出現(xiàn)的電子閱覽室管理軟件的分析并結(jié)合工作實踐,按照軟件工程的方法思想對寧夏師范學院電子閱覽室管理系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析、總體建模設計、具體功能詳細設計實現(xiàn)等環(huán)節(jié)。本文的主要的結(jié)果為:根據(jù)寧夏師范學院圖書館面臨的實際情況和業(yè)務需求進行詳細的系統(tǒng)分析、業(yè)務需求分析、用例分析、功能需求分析以及界面需求分析,對數(shù)據(jù)庫的相關特性,如系統(tǒng)特點、作用及關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)進行了簡要的回顧,根據(jù)功能需求設計了系統(tǒng)的主要數(shù)據(jù)字典,規(guī)范了數(shù)據(jù)的采集和使用,對各個主體數(shù)據(jù)庫間的邏輯關聯(lián)進行了梳理。設計實現(xiàn)了管理員登陸系統(tǒng)后的工作流程,分別給出了管理員管理電子閱覽室的全過程的詳細流程及其實現(xiàn)界面截圖,以及讀者進入電子閱覽室管理系統(tǒng)后的流程及其實現(xiàn)的代碼和實現(xiàn)界面截圖。說明了系統(tǒng)測試的目的和方法,設計了電子閱覽室管理系統(tǒng)的測試方案即測試內(nèi)容,測試結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)基本實現(xiàn)了設計之初的功能需求,但仍然存在一些不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology, communication technology and information processing technology, the mass distribution of optical disc multimedia publications, as well as the great abundance of information resources on Internet and other information networks, It brings new vitality and challenge to the traditional library. The library is becoming electronic, networked and digitized, with the increasing demand for information and the continuous development of computer information technology. The library also ushered in new opportunities and challenges. The electronic reading room built on the basis of computers can not only provide readers with more and more extensive knowledge and information, but also transmit more electronic documents to readers in a timely and effective manner. The library of Ningxia normal University has been equipped with a library anti-theft system and a document retrieval system, and the bibliographic database of the library has been computerized management. Although the above system has been able to actively serve the teaching and scientific research work of various readers at all levels of the school, the system management of the electronic reading room is still very decentralized and independent and relatively backward in technology. And there is not a set of integrated management scheme of library electronic reading room based on C / S structure, which integrates the above mentioned electronic reading room business. Based on the analysis of the electronic reading room management software in recent years at home and abroad and combining with the work practice, this paper analyzes the demand of the electronic reading room management system of Ningxia normal University according to the method of software engineering, and the overall modeling design. The main results of this paper are as follows: according to the actual situation and business demand of the library of Ningxia normal University, the detailed system analysis, business requirement analysis, use case analysis, Function requirement analysis and interface requirement analysis, the related characteristics of database, such as system characteristics, function and relational database management system, are briefly reviewed, and the main data dictionary of the system is designed according to the functional requirements. The collection and use of data are standardized, and the logical correlation among the main databases is combed. The workflow after the administrator login system is designed and implemented. The detailed flow chart of the whole process of the administrator managing the electronic reading room and the screenshot of the realization interface are given respectively. After entering the electronic reading room management system, the flow chart, the code and the interface screenshot of the reader are given. The purpose and method of the system test are explained, and the test program of the electronic reading room management system is designed, that is, the test content. The test results show that: the system basically realized the functional requirements at the beginning of the design, but there are still some shortcomings.
