【摘要】：2016年,合肥市民營(yíng)獨(dú)立書店"保羅的口袋金口袋分店"加入"合肥市公共圖書館聯(lián)盟",成為了合肥市圖書館的分館——"口袋圖書館",開創(chuàng)了民營(yíng)性書店轉(zhuǎn)型為公益性圖書館的先例。其運(yùn)營(yíng)、模式、營(yíng)銷推廣策略均體現(xiàn)出獨(dú)立書店與公共圖書館合作的新模式。其成功之處表現(xiàn)在:第一,擴(kuò)展書店與圖書館的合作模式;第二,具有開創(chuàng)性的圖書館體驗(yàn)式服務(wù);第三,滿足用戶個(gè)性化需求;第四,開發(fā)被忽視的潛在用戶群。
