【摘要】：隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷提高和智能手機(jī)設(shè)備的廣泛普及,各行各業(yè)都與移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相融合形成互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+的新模式,對(duì)于圖書館來說,開展圖書館移動(dòng)信息服務(wù)是十分必要和迫切的。微信是當(dāng)下最為流行的即時(shí)通訊軟件,具有免費(fèi),即時(shí),便捷等特點(diǎn)并且擁有龐大的用戶群體。圖書館利用微信公眾平臺(tái)自身豐富的功能以及開放的API端口可以為讀者提供公告、查詢、咨詢等信息移動(dòng)信息服務(wù)。圖書館微信服務(wù)起步于2012年年末,距現(xiàn)在已有3年多的時(shí)間,本文通過對(duì)我國(guó)已開通微信服務(wù)的圖書館公眾平臺(tái)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,了解圖書館微信服務(wù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)下圖書館微信服務(wù)的問題,針對(duì)問題提出相應(yīng)的解決措施,從而優(yōu)化圖書館微信的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,用更完善的服務(wù)讓讀者得到更優(yōu)質(zhì)的體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of mobile Internet technology and the widespread popularization of smart phone devices, all kinds of industries have merged with the mobile Internet to form a new model of the Internet. It is very necessary and urgent to develop library mobile information service. WeChat is the most popular instant messaging software. The library can make use of the rich function of WeChat public platform and open API port to provide public announcement and inquiry for readers. The library WeChat service started at the end of 2012, and it has been more than three years since now. This paper investigates the status quo of the library public platform which has opened the WeChat service in China. To understand the practical application of library WeChat service, to find out the current problems of library WeChat service, and to put forward corresponding measures to solve the problems, so as to optimize the service quality of library WeChat. Use more perfect service to let readers get better experience.
