【摘要】：在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)不斷普及與應(yīng)用的環(huán)境下,國內(nèi)圖書館提供信息咨詢服務(wù)呈現(xiàn)多樣化模式,并逐漸向數(shù)字化、智能化、遠(yuǎn)程化和集成化等方向發(fā)展,同時也面臨來自新技術(shù)和新觀念的沖擊、用戶需求的延伸等挑戰(zhàn)。本文從類型、專業(yè)化、平臺實施和技術(shù)層面對當(dāng)前圖書館網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息咨詢服務(wù)模式進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)當(dāng)前存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討圖書館網(wǎng)絡(luò)參考咨詢模式的科學(xué)選擇策略,進(jìn)一步總結(jié)出網(wǎng)絡(luò)參考咨詢服務(wù)模式的優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:In the environment of the popularization and application of network technology, the information consulting service provided by domestic libraries presents a diversified mode, and gradually develops towards the direction of digitization, intelligence, remote and integration, etc. At the same time, it also faces the challenge from new technology and new concept, the extension of user demand, etc. This paper analyzes the current library network information consulting service mode from the aspects of type, specialization, platform implementation and technology. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the scientific choice strategy of library network reference service mode, and further summarizes the optimization strategy of network reference service mode.
