【摘要】：通過研究IAEA(國際原子能機構)INIS(國際核信息系統(tǒng))秘書處的文獻收集流程與方式,借鑒其相關經(jīng)驗,對科技文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫文獻收集、處理工作的新流程進行探索,提出改進建議。并通過討論與國內(nèi)大型數(shù)據(jù)庫合作建庫的可行性,對獲取電子版文獻全文和數(shù)據(jù)庫建設的方式進行改進與完善,旨在提高數(shù)據(jù)庫建庫的工作效率,節(jié)約時間、人力成本與經(jīng)費投入,為建設權威的核科技信息平臺打下堅實的基礎,并為國內(nèi)其他科技文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫的建設提供參考。
[Abstract]:By studying the document collection process and methods of the secretariat of IAEAA (International Atomic Energy Agency / International Nuclear Information system), and drawing on its relevant experience, this paper explores the new process of document collection and processing in the scientific and technological literature database. This paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement. By discussing the feasibility of building database in cooperation with large databases in China, this paper improves and perfects the way of obtaining the full text of electronic documents and the construction of database, in order to improve the efficiency of database construction and save time. Manpower cost and fund investment lay a solid foundation for the construction of authoritative nuclear science and technology information platform and provide reference for the construction of other scientific and technological literature databases in China.
