【摘要】：博物館作為公共文化服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的重要組成部分,向公眾提供公共文化服務(wù)是博物館的職責(zé)所在。自2008年,博物館免費(fèi)開放,政府將博物館納入到公共文化服務(wù)體系,中國博物館的公共服務(wù)能力和服務(wù)意識(shí)就不斷得到提升。本文通過梳理國內(nèi)外博物館公共服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,并與國外博物館公共服務(wù)相比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)博物館在公共服務(wù)服務(wù)理念、服務(wù)手段等方面依然存在一些問題,尤其是在公眾研究方面差異明顯。實(shí)際上,公眾既是博物館公共服務(wù)的接受者,也是衡量博物館公共服務(wù)的重要對(duì)象,那么對(duì)公眾滿意度的忽略必然制約博物館公共服務(wù)能力的提升。洛陽地處中國東西交通的要沖,獨(dú)特的地理位置也孕育了洛陽獨(dú)特的歷史文化,歷史上先后有十四個(gè)朝代在此建都,積淀了豐富的歷史文化遺存,為當(dāng)今洛陽博物館事業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。近年,洛陽地區(qū)以創(chuàng)建國家公共公共文化服務(wù)體系示范區(qū)為契機(jī),博物館數(shù)量增長較快,居于河南同級(jí)城市的前茅。博物館的人均擁有量甚至超出全國平均水平。隨著博物館數(shù)量快速增長,博物館的公共服務(wù)問題也凸顯出來。因此,對(duì)洛陽地區(qū)博物館的公共服務(wù)問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,已顯得尤為迫切。據(jù)此,以公眾滿意度為切入點(diǎn),選取洛陽地區(qū)代表性的博物館為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以獲得的第一手資料分析公眾對(duì)博物館公共服務(wù)的訴求,探討其在公共服務(wù)方面存在的問題,在國內(nèi)外已有的研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)存在的問題提出解決的對(duì)策。通過公眾調(diào)查,也明確了博物館公共服務(wù)能力的提升單純依靠博物館自身也難以實(shí)現(xiàn),還需要政府發(fā)揮公共服務(wù)的主體作用,從宏觀角度對(duì)博物館公共服務(wù)的發(fā)揮提供保障�？傊�,博物館公共服務(wù)能力的提升需要政府、博物館和公眾三方共同努力,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)博物館公共服務(wù)職能、公眾自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的需求以及社會(huì)總體水平的發(fā)展進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:As an important part of public cultural services, it is the duty of museums to provide public cultural services to the public. Since 2008, museums have been opened free of charge. When the government brings the museum into the public cultural service system, the public service ability and service consciousness of the Chinese museum will be continuously promoted. This paper combs the current situation of the museum public service at home and abroad. And compared with the public service of foreign museums, it is found that there are still some problems in the concept and means of public service in domestic museums, especially in the public research. In fact, there are still some problems. The public is not only the recipient of the museum public service, but also the important object of measuring the museum public service. The neglect of public satisfaction is bound to restrict the enhancement of museum public service ability. Luoyang is located at the heart of east-west transportation in China, and its unique geographical location has given birth to Luoyang's unique history and culture. In history, fourteen dynasties have built capital here, accumulated rich historical and cultural relics, and laid the foundation for the development of Luoyang Museum in recent years. Luoyang area to establish the national public cultural service system demonstration area as an opportunity, the number of museums has increased rapidly. The per capita ownership of museums is even higher than the national average. With the rapid growth of the number of museums, the public service problems of museums are also prominent. It is urgent to investigate and study the public service of Luoyang Museum. Based on this, the representative museum in Luoyang area is selected as the object of investigation, taking the public satisfaction as the breakthrough point. In order to obtain first-hand information to analyze the public's appeal to the museum public service, to discuss its problems in the public service, on the basis of the existing research at home and abroad. Through the public investigation, it is also clear that it is difficult to achieve the enhancement of the museum's public service capacity solely by the museum itself, and it is also necessary for the government to play the role of the main body of the public service. In a word, the improvement of the ability of museum public service needs the joint efforts of government, museum and public, so as to realize the function of museum public service. Public self-actualization needs and the overall level of social development and progress.
