【摘要】：[目的/意義]探索在電子醫(yī)療情境下用戶構(gòu)建初始信任的關(guān)鍵動因,從信任的信息來源視角比較電子醫(yī)療情境與電子商務(wù)情境下用戶建立初始信任的路徑差異,為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療服務(wù)提供商優(yōu)化平臺建設(shè)、提升用戶滿意度提供借鑒和參考。[方法/過程]采用問卷調(diào)查法收集數(shù)據(jù),利用偏最小二乘結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法驗證假設(shè)和概念模型。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn),與網(wǎng)下信任來源有關(guān)的醫(yī)院信譽、朋友推薦和個人健康狀況對形成初始信任具有顯著影響,而與網(wǎng)上信任來源有關(guān)的如來自第三方認證的結(jié)構(gòu)保證和服務(wù)提供商聲譽則沒有通過假設(shè)檢驗,與E-commerce情境下初始信任形成路徑不同的是電子醫(yī)療用戶不能單純憑借網(wǎng)上信息做出是否可信的判斷。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] to explore the key motivations for users to build initial trust in electronic medical situation, and to compare the path differences between electronic medical situation and electronic commerce context from the perspective of information source of trust. For Internet medical service providers to optimize the platform construction, improve user satisfaction to provide reference and reference. [Methods the data were collected by questionnaire, and the hypotheses and conceptual models were verified by partial least squares structural equation model. [Results / conclusion: hospital reputation, friend recommendation and personal health related to offline trust sources had significant effects on the formation of initial trust. However, related to online sources of trust, such as structural assurance from third-party certification and reputation of service providers, did not pass the hypothesis test. What is different from the initial trust formation path in E-commerce is that electronic medical users can not judge whether they are credible or not by simply relying on online information.
