【摘要】:高校圖書(shū)館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)是高校圖書(shū)館傳統(tǒng)參考咨詢服務(wù)的延伸和發(fā)展,是高校圖書(shū)館核心業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)。它是網(wǎng)絡(luò)的先進(jìn)技術(shù)和圖書(shū)館參考咨詢服務(wù)的結(jié)合,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)電子郵件、表單、短信、電話、在線聊天等方式,為用戶提供方便、快捷以及深層次的咨詢服務(wù)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,越來(lái)越多的信息用戶需要借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)檢索信息,但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息也存在雜亂無(wú)章的狀態(tài),用戶很難找到自己需要的深層次的增值信息。因此,網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下圖書(shū)館開(kāi)展數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)是數(shù)字化時(shí)代的必然趨勢(shì)。美國(guó)是世界上開(kāi)展數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)最早最好的國(guó)家之一,研究美國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)對(duì)于我國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的研究具有一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查找和網(wǎng)站訪問(wèn)調(diào)查來(lái)研究中美高校圖書(shū)館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀。全文共分六章,前兩章主要是關(guān)于數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的文獻(xiàn)閱讀研究,三四章主要是實(shí)際的網(wǎng)絡(luò)訪問(wèn)調(diào)查研究。五六章結(jié)論部分研究。 第一章介紹了數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法、研究思路和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章探討了數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的一些相關(guān)問(wèn)題和概念。介紹了數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)管理,數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)方式,數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的特征。 第三章通過(guò)網(wǎng)站訪問(wèn)調(diào)查的方式,對(duì)中國(guó)和美國(guó)的大學(xué)圖書(shū)館咨詢服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,找出彼此之間存在的差異,進(jìn)一步通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,來(lái)了解我國(guó)咨詢服務(wù)的存在的問(wèn)題,借鑒他國(guó)優(yōu)勢(shì),來(lái)更好的發(fā)展我國(guó)圖書(shū)館的咨詢服務(wù)。 第四章主要通過(guò)對(duì)中美高校圖書(shū)館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)對(duì)比分析研究,分為以下三個(gè)層面:宏觀層次的比較研究、中觀層次的比較研究、微觀層次的比較研究。 第五章探討了美國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示,主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:構(gòu)建高素質(zhì)的組織團(tuán)隊(duì);高校圖書(shū)館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用;加強(qiáng)高校圖書(shū)館的合作交流和開(kāi)展館際合作平臺(tái);完善數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)使其跟上社會(huì)化的步伐。 第六章對(duì)于以上的數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的總結(jié)以及確定進(jìn)一步研究方向。本文的研究還有許多局限性,如科學(xué)評(píng)估機(jī)制,,系統(tǒng)分析和設(shè)計(jì),質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)行控制機(jī)制等,深入研究美國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館的參考咨詢服務(wù)有利于我國(guó)圖書(shū)館事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The digital reference service of university library is the extension and development of the traditional reference service of university library and the core business activity of university library. It is the combination of advanced technology of network and reference service of library. Through the network email, forms, SMS, telephone, online chat and other ways to provide users with convenient, fast and deep level of consulting services. Network environment. More and more information users need to use the network to retrieve information, but the network information also has a chaotic state, it is difficult for users to find their own needs of in-depth value-added information. It is an inevitable trend for libraries to develop digital reference services in the network environment. The United States is one of the earliest and best countries in the world to carry out digital reference services. The study of digital reference service of American university library has certain reference and guiding significance for the research of digital reference service of university library in our country. The present situation of library digital reference service. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first two chapters are mainly about the literature reading research of digital reference service, the three or four chapters are mainly the actual network access investigation and research. The first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research status, research contents and methods, research ideas and innovation of digital reference service. The second chapter discusses some related problems and concepts of digital reference service, and introduces the management of digital reference service, the mode of digital reference service and the characteristics of digital reference service. The third chapter through the way of the website visit survey, carries on the research to the Chinese and the American university library consultation service present situation, finds out the existence difference between each other, further through the questionnaire investigation way. To understand the existing problems of our country's consulting service, to learn from the advantages of other countries, to better develop our library's consulting service. Chapter 4th mainly through the comparative analysis of the digital reference services of university libraries in China and the United States, divided into the following three levels: the comparative study of the macro level, the comparative study of the meso-level. Comparative study on microscopic level. Chapter 5th discusses the enlightenment of the digital reference service of American university library to our country, mainly including the following aspects: constructing the high quality organization team; The innovative application of digital reference service in university library; Strengthening the cooperative exchange of university library and developing the platform of interlibrary cooperation; Improve the digital reference services to keep up with the pace of socialization. Chapter 6th summarizes the above problems and determines the direction of further research. There are many limitations in this paper, such as scientific evaluation mechanism, system analysis and design. The quality evaluation index, evaluation index system, operation control mechanism and so on, deeply study the reference service of American university library is beneficial to the development of our country's library cause.
