【摘要】：收集、整理民國(guó)時(shí)期個(gè)人、機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)圖書館數(shù)量的歷次調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),以及中華圖書館協(xié)會(huì)留下的會(huì)員統(tǒng)計(jì)表,對(duì)民國(guó)時(shí)期的圖書館數(shù)量、圖書館員人數(shù)、圖書館學(xué)者的群體規(guī)模及地域分布等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)圖書館學(xué)者的區(qū)域分布嚴(yán)重失衡,這種失衡受到經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、教育等因素的影響。民國(guó)時(shí)期的圖書館學(xué)者群體曾通過(guò)提案,影響國(guó)家決策,使全國(guó)圖書館區(qū)域分布失衡的狀況有所改善;也有個(gè)別學(xué)者以個(gè)人魅力凝聚同行,帶動(dòng)一方圖書館事業(yè)的發(fā)展;歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,國(guó)家調(diào)控是平衡圖書館和圖書館學(xué)者群體分布失衡的必要手段。
[Abstract]:Collect and arrange the number of individuals and institutions in the period of the Republic of China, the number of libraries, the number of librarians and the number of librarians, as well as the statistics of the members left by the Chinese Library Association, the number of libraries during the period of the Republic of China. Through statistical analysis of the group size and regional distribution of library scholars, it is found that the regional distribution of library scholars is seriously unbalanced, which is affected by economy, politics and culture. During the period of the Republic of China, the academic group of libraries had adopted a proposal to influence the national decision-making, so as to improve the imbalance of the regional distribution of libraries in the country. There are also individual scholars with personal charm to condense peers, driving the development of one side of the library cause; The historical experience shows that the state regulation and control is the necessary means to balance the imbalance of the distribution of libraries and library scholars.
