【摘要】：[目的 /意義]對(duì)文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量方法在小團(tuán)體微觀層面的研究績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。[方法/過程]分析科研成果用科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)表征的依據(jù),討論被引次數(shù)作為研究成果價(jià)值測(cè)度的合理性與局限性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)大學(xué)院系微觀層面如個(gè)體研究者、小團(tuán)體的研究績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)問題,提出同方向小團(tuán)體基礎(chǔ)研究績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)構(gòu)造方法及指標(biāo)。作為方法的應(yīng)用,對(duì)清華大學(xué)航天航空學(xué)院5個(gè)研究方向的基礎(chǔ)研究績(jī)效水平進(jìn)行評(píng)估。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]基于文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量得到的結(jié)果獲得評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的認(rèn)可。但本文所提出的方法在排除自引、以及計(jì)入評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的高被引文獻(xiàn)方面仍有改進(jìn)空間。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] to make an empirical study on the performance evaluation of literature measurement methods at the micro level of small groups. [Methods / process] analyzing the basis of scientific research achievements represented by scientific literature, and discussing the rationality and limitation of cited times as the value measure of research results. Aiming at the research performance evaluation problem of university departments such as individual researchers and small groups, this paper puts forward the construction method and index of the performance evaluation standard of the same direction small group basic research as the application of the method. The performance level of basic research in 5 research directions of Tsinghua University Aeronautics and Astronautics Institute was evaluated. [Results / conclusion] based on the results obtained from literature measurement, the evaluation object is approved. However, the method proposed in this paper still has room for improvement in excluding self-citation and high citation literature including evaluation objects.
