【摘要】：文章主要探討了開放數(shù)據(jù)研究主題知識結構演化的判斷條件、知識結構的演化過程以及產生知識結構演化的環(huán)境變遷。通過對數(shù)似然值來確定高頻關鍵詞在不同時間維度是否發(fā)生極顯著性變化來測度知識結構是否發(fā)生演化;通過因子分析和社會網絡分析來揭示知識結構的演化過程;通過定性分析總結知識結構演化的原因。研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn),首先,對數(shù)似然值是一種測度知識結構發(fā)生演化的判斷方法。其次,開放數(shù)據(jù)研究主題知識結構的演化過程:由數(shù)據(jù)共享向數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、開放獲取、關聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)過渡,并逐漸向電子政務、隱私保護、開放政府數(shù)據(jù)、開放數(shù)據(jù)政策研究轉換。第三,開放數(shù)據(jù)研究主題知識結構演化是同開放數(shù)據(jù)的環(huán)境變遷相關聯(lián)的,即開放數(shù)據(jù)經歷的項目驅動轉向技術驅動過渡到政策驅動的發(fā)展過程。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the judgment conditions of the evolution of subject knowledge structure in open data research. The evolution process of knowledge structure and the environmental changes that produce the evolution of knowledge structure. The logarithmic likelihood value is used to determine whether the high-frequency keywords have significant changes in different time dimensions to measure whether the knowledge structure evolves or not. ; The evolution process of knowledge structure is revealed by factor analysis and social network analysis. The results show that, first, the logarithmic likelihood value is a method of judging the evolution of knowledge structure. Secondly, the logarithmic likelihood value is a kind of judgment method to measure the evolution of knowledge structure. Open data research topic knowledge structure evolution process: from data sharing to data mining, open access, data association transition, and gradually to e-government, privacy protection, open government data. Third, open data research topic knowledge structure evolution is associated with open data environment changes. That is, the project-driven transition from open data to technology-driven to policy-driven development.
