【摘要】：[目的/意義]為滿足反恐怖斗爭的需要,結(jié)合貝葉斯理論和我國恐怖分子的特點,提出了涉恐人員風(fēng)險等級評估的量化分析方法。[方法/過程]該方法將常規(guī)項目管理中的風(fēng)險分析流程加以簡化,計算過程主要包括涉恐特征驗證、計算概率比值參數(shù)、計算涉恐概率以及風(fēng)險等級分類和對策等四個步驟。為了詳細描述風(fēng)險分析過程,利用虛擬案例中的數(shù)據(jù)進行了定量分析計算。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]該方法可以快速對數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)中的涉恐人員基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進行風(fēng)險級別分類,并根據(jù)不同的涉恐風(fēng)險級別制定不同的處置方式,提高反恐預(yù)警的效率。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] in order to meet the needs of the struggle against terrorism, combining Bayesian theory and the characteristics of terrorists in our country, a quantitative analysis method for assessing the risk grade of terrorist personnel is put forward. [The method simplifies the process of risk analysis in the routine project management. The calculation process mainly includes the validation of fear characteristics and the calculation of probability ratio parameters. In order to describe the process of risk analysis in detail, the quantitative analysis is carried out by using the data of virtual case. [Results / conclusion] this method can quickly classify the basic data of persons involved in terrorism in database system, and make different ways of dealing with them according to different risk levels of terrorism, so as to improve the efficiency of anti-terrorist early warning.
