【摘要】：本文利用"2015年度全國(guó)檔案行政管理部門和檔案館基本情況摘要數(shù)據(jù)""檔案學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生職業(yè)狀況及專業(yè)知識(shí)滿意度調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)"和"社會(huì)大眾對(duì)檔案及檔案工作者的認(rèn)知狀況調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)",對(duì)我國(guó)檔案工作者的職業(yè)狀況及職業(yè)認(rèn)同度進(jìn)行了分析研究。研究結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)檔案工作者存在從業(yè)人數(shù)規(guī)模小,專業(yè)程度和薪酬滿意度偏低,年齡結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,人員編制數(shù)量、職業(yè)影響力和人才儲(chǔ)備不足等職業(yè)狀況;在職業(yè)認(rèn)同方面,存在檔案工作者整體職業(yè)認(rèn)同度偏低,自我認(rèn)同高于社會(huì)認(rèn)同、檔案工作者的職業(yè)認(rèn)同度隨著收入水平的上升呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì)、女性檔案工作者的職業(yè)認(rèn)同度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于男性、地級(jí)城市的檔案工作者的職業(yè)認(rèn)同度最高,縣級(jí)城市檔案工作者的職業(yè)認(rèn)同度高于省會(huì)及直轄市城市等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The "2015 annual national archives administration department and archives the basic conditions of data" and "archival science graduates occupation status and professional satisfaction questionnaire data" and "the public archives and archives workers cognitive status survey" on Chinese archivists occupation status and occupation identity degree analysis and research. The results show that: China's existing employees archives workers in small scale, low professional level and salary satisfaction, age structure is not reasonable, staffing number, occupation influence and talent shortage etc. occupation status; in the occupation identity, presence of archivists overall occupation identity degree low, self identity is higher than the social identity and occupation of archivists agree with rising income levels showed a downward trend, the occupation identity of women archives workers is much higher than that of male, prefecture level city archives occupation identity of the most high, occupation identity is higher than the characteristics of provincial capitals and municipalities and other county-level city city archives workers.
