【摘要】：在醫(yī)院各項(xiàng)管理工作中,檔案管理是非常重要的組成部分之一,隨著我國(guó)新醫(yī)改的不斷推進(jìn)和深入,醫(yī)院管理工作的要求也越來越高,對(duì)于醫(yī)院檔案管理工作來講,其規(guī)定也更加嚴(yán)格和細(xì)致。傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)院檔案管理模式已不能有效滿足新時(shí)代發(fā)展的步伐,而落后的醫(yī)院檔案管理方式也會(huì)對(duì)醫(yī)院的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展造成嚴(yán)重影響,所以需要結(jié)合新醫(yī)改的要求,對(duì)醫(yī)院檔案管理進(jìn)行不斷改進(jìn)和完善。本文從醫(yī)院檔案管理的意義入手,分析了醫(yī)院檔案管理工作的現(xiàn)狀,并提出了新醫(yī)改下醫(yī)院檔案管理的改進(jìn)與完善思路,最終讓醫(yī)院檔案管理工作的質(zhì)量提高,讓醫(yī)院檔案的作用能得以充分發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:Archives management is a very important part in the management of hospitals. With the continuous promotion and deepening of the new medical reform in China, the requirements for hospital management are also increasing. For the management of hospital archives, the regulations are more strict and meticulous. Hospital of traditional archives management mode has been unable to effectively meet the new era of the pace of development, and the archives management mode of hospital backward will cause serious influence on the stable development of the hospital, so according to the requirements of the new medical reform, constantly improve and perfect the management of hospital archives. This article from the hospital archives management with the significance, analyzes the current situation of hospital archives management, and puts forward the improvement and perfection of hospital archives management under the new health care reform ideas, and finally let the quality of the hospital archives management improvement, let the hospital to give full play to the role of archives.
