【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)既深入全面地揭示了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的新變化、新情況,也對我國當(dāng)下及今后經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展方向提出了新要求。在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的背景之下,市場配置資源的基礎(chǔ)性作用也將會(huì)變得更加重要。誠信在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中的重要性不言而喻,因而加強(qiáng)社會(huì)誠信體系建設(shè)無疑對實(shí)現(xiàn)資源配置的合理化、有效化具有重要意義。深入研究誠信體系及其建設(shè)問題將會(huì)有助于推進(jìn)我國新常態(tài)下的社會(huì)和諧與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。文章從我國經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下的誠信體系建設(shè)出發(fā),具體分析我國誠信體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問題,并據(jù)此對今后我國的誠信體系建設(shè)和學(xué)術(shù)研究提供相應(yīng)的建議,為我國誠信體系建設(shè)的發(fā)展和完善提供有參考價(jià)值的信息。
[Abstract]:The new normal of economy not only reveals the new changes and new situations of our country's economic and social development, but also puts forward new requirements for the development direction of our country's economy and society at present and in the future. In the context of the new normal, the basic role of market allocation of resources will also become more important. The importance of honesty and credit in economic society is self-evident. Therefore, strengthening the construction of social credit system is undoubtedly of great significance to the rationalization and effectiveness of resource allocation. A thorough study of the integrity system and its construction will help to promote the social harmony and economic development under the new normal in China. Starting from the construction of credit system under the background of the new normal economy in China, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of credit system in China, and accordingly provides corresponding suggestions for the construction of credit system and academic research in China in the future. It provides valuable information for the development and perfection of credit system construction in China.
