【摘要】：以數(shù)字化、云計算為代表的傳媒技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,推動了傳播模式的變革。以技術(shù)支持、內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)、受眾互動、形式感性為基本內(nèi)容的媒介融合正逐步成為傳媒業(yè)重要發(fā)展趨勢。媒介融合的去中心化、虛擬化、信息化、快捷化等特點(diǎn)對傳統(tǒng)職工思想教育模式產(chǎn)生了消解作用。這種現(xiàn)實(shí)情況促使國有企業(yè)從指導(dǎo)思想、價值引導(dǎo)、資源載體、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、傳播方式等五個方面重構(gòu)職工思想教育工作模式。
[Abstract]:The progress of media technology represented by digitization and cloud computing has promoted the transformation of communication mode. Media fusion, which is based on technical support, content production, audience interaction and perceptual form, is gradually becoming an important development trend of the media industry. The characteristics of media integration such as decentralization, virtualization, informatization and quickness have played a role in dispelling the traditional mode of ideological education for workers and staff. This realistic situation urges the state-owned enterprises to reconstruct the work mode of staff and workers' ideological education from five aspects: guiding ideology, value guidance, resource carrier, team building and communication mode.
