【摘要】：把握大局就是要理解黨和國(guó)家的兩個(gè)"百年"目標(biāo),各項(xiàng)工作必須緊緊圍繞中心服務(wù)大局,學(xué)會(huì)從歷史大格局中把握具體問題的來龍去脈,立足全球化審視每一個(gè)具體問題,學(xué)會(huì)使用理論工具分析現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,把握科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)人類社會(huì)帶來的深刻影響。
[Abstract]:To grasp the overall situation is to understand the two "century-old" goals of the Party and the country.
