政治思想灌輸論及其實現(xiàn)規(guī)律和時代意義研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育學(xué)關(guān)于灌輸論爭論的直接原因是它的兩個來源學(xué)科——馬克思主義理論和教育學(xué)——對灌輸內(nèi)涵的不同理解。在思想政治教育學(xué)的直接來源馬克思主義灌輸論中,灌輸?shù)脑馐恰皫怼⒁龑?dǎo)、充實”等,是指科學(xué)社會主義思想與工人階級“結(jié)合”。在思想政治教育學(xué)的借鑒學(xué)科教育學(xué)中,灌輸是與教育對立的概念,主要指用強(qiáng)制方法傳授固定教條并造成盲信這種灌輸式教育方式。所以,從內(nèi)涵上看,馬克思主義灌輸論中的“灌輸”根本不同于教育學(xué)中的“灌輸”。 思想政治教育學(xué)關(guān)于灌輸論爭論的根源在于,隨著政治教育擴(kuò)展為包括道德教育在內(nèi)的思想政治教育,作為政治教育理論基礎(chǔ)的馬克思主義灌輸論和道德教育所批判的灌輸式教育所指稱的外延都擴(kuò)展到了思想政治教育,這樣,由于從業(yè)人員、思維方法和實踐做法各方面的原因,這兩個“灌輸”被混同起來,爭論者常用自己對灌輸?shù)囊环N理解批判他人的另一種理解。所以,解決灌輸論的爭論也需要界定它指稱的外延是政治思想,灌輸論是政治思想工作的理論基礎(chǔ),而不能是思想政治教育的理論基礎(chǔ)。 政治思想灌輸論是馬克思主義社會意識與意識形態(tài)原理的必然結(jié)論,是馬克思主義科學(xué)理論體系的重要組成部分,是工人階級政黨堅持政治思想工作自覺性反對自發(fā)論的理論基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前,加強(qiáng)黨的思想建設(shè)和保持黨的先進(jìn)性需要堅持灌輸論,實現(xiàn)黨的思想領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化需要堅持灌輸論,促進(jìn)社會主義精神文明和文化建設(shè)從而促進(jìn)中國特色社會主義事業(yè)發(fā)展需要堅持灌輸論。堅持灌輸論需要發(fā)展灌輸論,首先要創(chuàng)新發(fā)展多種政治思想灌輸方式,探索綜合發(fā)揮多種方式作用的方法。其次要借鑒傳播學(xué)、接受論和心理學(xué)等學(xué)科理論,深化研究政治思想傳播中的個人接受心理。再次要積極回應(yīng)時代發(fā)展新特點對政治思想灌輸各方面的挑戰(zhàn),促進(jìn)政治思想灌輸論適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展的變化。 政治思想灌輸?shù)娜蝿?wù)是把國家的政治思想灌輸給個人,根本矛盾是社會政治思想要求與個人政治思想狀況之間的矛盾,完成這個任務(wù)解決這個矛盾也要“按規(guī)律辦事”,政治思想灌輸規(guī)律就是政治思想灌輸工作中各要素、各階段之間內(nèi)在的、本質(zhì)的、必然的聯(lián)系。對政治思想灌輸客觀規(guī)律的認(rèn)識形成政治思想灌輸?shù)氖澜缬^規(guī)律,,包括政治思想灌輸?shù)囊罁?jù)規(guī)律和本質(zhì)規(guī)律。應(yīng)用政治思想灌輸?shù)氖澜缬^規(guī)律指導(dǎo)政治思想灌輸工作產(chǎn)生了政治思想灌輸?shù)姆椒ㄕ撘?guī)律,包括政治思想灌輸?shù)南到y(tǒng)規(guī)律和過程規(guī)律。 社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、中國特色公民社會的萌生、多元思潮思想格局的形成、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳媒信息傳播的擴(kuò)展深刻地影響了政治思想灌輸?shù)膬?nèi)容、主體、環(huán)體和載體等系統(tǒng)要素,這些影響既有有利于政治思想灌輸?shù)姆e極的一面,又有不利于政治思想灌輸?shù)南麡O的一面,因此,政治思想灌輸應(yīng)采取針對性措施,利用它們的積極影響,限制它們的消極影響,從而不斷增強(qiáng)政治思想灌輸?shù)男Ч龠M(jìn)政治思想灌輸論適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The direct reason for the controversy over the Indoctrination Theory in Ideological and political education is the different understanding of the connotation of indoctrination between the two disciplines of its origin-Marxism theory and pedagogy. In the pedagogy of reference subject of Ideological and political education, indoctrination is the opposite of education, which mainly refers to the indoctrination of fixed dogma by compulsory means and leads to blind faith. Therefore, from the connotation, the "indoctrination" in Marxist Indoctrination Theory is fundamentally different from that in pedagogy. "Indoctrination".
The origin of the controversy about Indoctrination Theory in Ideological and political education lies in that with the expansion of political education into Ideological and political education including moral education, the extension of the alleged extension of Marxist Indoctrination Theory as the theoretical basis of political education and the indoctrination education criticized by moral education has been extended to ideological and political education. The two "indoctrination" are confused for various reasons, such as practitioners, ways of thinking and practices. Debaters often use one of their own understandings of indoctrination to criticize another. Therefore, to settle the argument of indoctrination, we need to define its denotation as political thought, indoctrination as the theoretical basis of political and ideological work, and indoctrination is the theoretical basis of political and ideological work. It can not be the theoretical basis of Ideological and political education.
The theory of indoctrination of political thought is an inevitable conclusion of Marxist social consciousness and ideological principle, an important part of Marxist scientific theoretical system, and a theoretical basis for the working class party to adhere to the consciousness of political and ideological work and oppose spontaneity. Instillation theory, the realization of the Party's ideological leadership and the promotion of the popularization of Marxism require persistence in indoctrination theory, the promotion of socialist spiritual civilization and cultural construction so as to promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Secondly, we should draw lessons from the theories of communication, acceptance theory and psychology to deepen the study of individual acceptance psychology in the dissemination of political thoughts.
The task of inculcating political thoughts is to inculcate the political thoughts of the state into individuals. The fundamental contradiction is the contradiction between the requirements of social political thoughts and the political and ideological conditions of individuals. To accomplish this task, it is necessary to "act according to the law". The law of inculcating political thoughts is the essential factor in the work of inculcating political thoughts, between different stages. The understanding of the objective laws of political thought inculcation forms the world outlook laws of political thought inculcation, including the basis and essential laws of political thought inculcation. It includes the system rules and process rules instilled by political thought.
The development of the socialist market economy, the emergence of a civil society with Chinese characteristics, the formation of a pluralistic ideological pattern, and the expansion of information dissemination in the network media have profoundly influenced the systematic elements of political and ideological indoctrination, such as contents, subjects, rings and carriers, which are both positive and unfavorable to political and ideological indoctrination. The negative side of political ideology indoctrination, therefore, should take targeted measures to use their positive impact, limit their negative impact, so as to continuously enhance the effect of political ideology indoctrination, and promote the theory of political ideology indoctrination to adapt to the development of the times.
