馬克思主義“人學(xué)”視域下思想政治教育社會化問題研究

【摘要】:在中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程中,思想政治教育做出了卓越的貢獻(xiàn),取得了輝煌的成績。然而,在取得這些成就與業(yè)績的同時(shí),也暴露出不少問題。其中一個(gè)最突出的問題是,思想政治教育發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了僵化和孤立化的傾向,僵化和孤立化的傾向又直接導(dǎo)致思想政治教育效果不佳以及與實(shí)際相脫節(jié)的現(xiàn)象。產(chǎn)生這種傾向的根本原因在于:思想政治教育在自身發(fā)展中,片面地突出了工具性價(jià)值,而相對地忽視了對其本身內(nèi)在目的的追求,即對于培養(yǎng)自由而全面發(fā)展的人的追求。表現(xiàn)為思想政治教育既不能靈活地適應(yīng)外在社會的發(fā)展,又不能聯(lián)系思想政治教育中主體的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況。這些問題的解決就提出了深化思想政治教育社會化研究的問題。由此可見,對思想政治教育社會化的理論研究具有時(shí)代性和迫切性。如果不能在理論上對思想政治教育社會化進(jìn)行研究,只能導(dǎo)致思想政治教育社會化的思路只能流于形式,,不能有效地指導(dǎo)我們的思想政治教育實(shí)踐。 思想政治教育作為人的社會化的一種方式,是一種雙向的社會化過程。它一方面體現(xiàn)為個(gè)體或?qū)嵺`活動(dòng)與現(xiàn)實(shí)社會要求相適應(yīng)的過程,另一方面體現(xiàn)為諸多主體共同改造和促進(jìn)社會發(fā)展的過程。在思想政治教育社會化中,存在著兩條互逆的邏輯路線,一條是由外及內(nèi)的社會化路線,在這個(gè)方向上,思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)就是以外部的社會發(fā)展變化作為導(dǎo)向,通過思想政治教育主體自身的不斷改變與外部社會相協(xié)調(diào)的過程,這一個(gè)被動(dòng)適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的過程。一條是由內(nèi)及外的社會化路線,即通過參與思想政治教育的各個(gè)個(gè)體相互交流和溝通,形成一種共同經(jīng)驗(yàn),并通過思想政治教育活動(dòng)影響和改造整個(gè)社會,這是一條積極主動(dòng)的社會化。本文試圖以這條由內(nèi)及外的社會化路線為主線,對思想政治教育社會化問題展開研究,以求打破思想政治教育僵化和孤立化的傾向,使思想政治教育真正能夠成為對人們的思想意識產(chǎn)生重大影響的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。 而從馬克思主義人學(xué)視域來觀察、分析和解讀思想政治教育社會化,就為破解這一難題提供了新的理論觀念與研究思路。對于傳統(tǒng)德育中“目中無人”現(xiàn)象的消除,對于當(dāng)前思想政治教育主動(dòng)性、針對性和實(shí)效性的提升,及其說服力、吸引力和感染力的增強(qiáng)提供了新的方向。本研究以馬克思主義哲學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),立足于馬克思主義的基本立場、觀點(diǎn)與方法,主要運(yùn)用馬克思主義人學(xué)理論對思想政治教育社會化進(jìn)行分析與解讀,以求對新形勢下的思想政治教育社會化進(jìn)行整體性的人本解讀和人學(xué)透視,為思想政治教育社會化的理論和實(shí)踐提供嶄新的視角與思路,并為思想政治教育人學(xué)研究的豐富與深化提供積極的參考。本研究主要從現(xiàn)實(shí)起點(diǎn)、內(nèi)在動(dòng)力、發(fā)展目的以及實(shí)踐拓展等四個(gè)方面論述思想政治教育社會化。 基于馬克思關(guān)于“人的本質(zhì)在其現(xiàn)實(shí)性上是社會關(guān)系的總和”的論斷,對思想政治教育中人的社會性問題進(jìn)行反思,從人的社會本質(zhì)上重新思想政治教育中“人的社會化與個(gè)性化”、“社會本位與個(gè)體本位”等問題,并強(qiáng)調(diào)“具體個(gè)人”應(yīng)成為思想政治教育中人的社會化的現(xiàn)實(shí)起點(diǎn)。 需要是歷史唯物主義和馬克思主義人學(xué)的一個(gè)重要范疇。需要既是人天然的“內(nèi)在規(guī)定性”也是人類實(shí)踐的原動(dòng)力,還是社會歷史發(fā)展的深層動(dòng)力。在思想政治教育社會化與人的需要之間始終存在著一定的張力,可以說,二者的關(guān)系是密不可分的。這樣,思想政治教育社會化就必須重視受教育者的需要,要適當(dāng)滿足受教育者的需要,特別是精神需要,引導(dǎo)他們正確對待自身需要以及利益,并且不斷地對自身需要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,進(jìn)而追求崇高的信仰和健康向上的精神生活。 基于馬克思關(guān)于“人的全面發(fā)展”學(xué)說,重新人的發(fā)展和全面發(fā)展教育問題在思想政治教育社會化中的地位與作用,認(rèn)為在社會化中人的全面發(fā)展著重體現(xiàn)為一種整體發(fā)展、全面需求發(fā)展,以及必須在個(gè)人的社會化實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展,進(jìn)而提出了人的潛能的開發(fā)是思想政治教育社會化的現(xiàn)實(shí)目標(biāo)的觀點(diǎn)。 基于馬克思關(guān)于實(shí)踐活動(dòng)在人的生成中的意義的揭示,深刻理解人的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)性質(zhì)及其與人的社會化的關(guān)系,提出學(xué)習(xí)與交往作為思想政治教育中人的社會化的兩種基本實(shí)踐活動(dòng),在人的社會化發(fā)展可能性變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)性的轉(zhuǎn)換中起著決定性的作用。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, ideological and political education has made outstanding contributions and made brilliant achievements. However, while obtaining these achievements and achievements, there are also many problems. One of the most prominent problems is the tendency of rigidity and isolation in the development of Ideological and political education. The tendency of the transformation and isolation directly leads to the poor effect of Ideological and political education and the phenomenon of disconnection with the reality. The fundamental reason for this tendency lies in that the ideological and political education highlights the instrumental value unilaterally in its own development, while neglecting the pursuit of its own intrinsic purpose, that is, to cultivate freedom and all. The pursuit of people in the face of development shows that ideological and political education can not adapt to the development of the external society flexibly and not to contact the actual situation of the subject in the ideological and political education. The solution of these problems puts forward the problem of deepening the study of the socialization of Ideological and Political Education. It is of the times and urgency. If we can not study the socialization of Ideological and political education in theory, it can only lead to the socialization of Ideological and political education only in form, and can not effectively guide our ideological and political education practice.
As a way of socialization of people, ideological and political education is a two-way socialized process. On the one hand, it embodies the process of adapting to individual or practical activities and the demands of the real society. On the other hand, it embodies the process of reforming and promoting social development by many subjects. In the socialization of Ideological and political education, there are two kinds of interaction. The logical route of the inverse is a socialized route from outside and inside. In this direction, the practice of Ideological and political education is guided by the development and change of the external society. Through the process of the continuous change of the subject of Ideological and political education and the coordination of the external society, this process is a process of passive adaptation to the development of the society. The internal and external socialized route, that is, through the communication and communication between the individuals participating in the ideological and political education, forms a common experience, and influences and transforms the whole society through ideological and political education activities. This is a positive and active socialization. This article attempts to take this line as the mainline of the socialization of the internal and external and to the ideological and political system. The problem of socialization of education is studied in order to break the tendency of rigid and isolated ideological and political education, and make ideological and political education truly become a practical activity that has a great influence on people's ideological consciousness.
The analysis and interpretation of the socialization of Ideological and political education from the perspective of Marx's theory of humanism provides new theoretical ideas and research ideas for solving this problem. The elimination of the phenomenon of "no one in the eyes" in the traditional moral education, the promotion of the initiative of Ideological and political education, the promotion of the pertinence and effectiveness, and the persuasiveness, and the persuasiveness of the traditional moral education. This study, based on Marx's philosophy, based on the basic standpoint of Marx doctrine, views and methods, mainly analyzes and interprets the socialization of Ideological and political education by using the theory of Marx's humanism in order to carry out the socialization of Ideological and Political Education under the new situation. It provides a new perspective and thought for the theory and practice of the socialization of Ideological and political education, and provides a positive reference for the enrichment and deepening of the research on the ideological and political education of human science. This study mainly discusses the ideological and political aspects from four aspects, such as the starting point of the reality, the internal motivation, the development goal and the development of practice. On the basis of Marx's argument about "the essence of human being is the sum of social relations in reality", it reflects on the social problems of people in Ideological and political education, and from the social essence of the human society, "the socialization and individualization of human being", "the social standard and the individual standard" in the ideological and political education, and the emphasis on "specific" People should become the realistic starting point of socialization of human beings in Ideological and political education.
The need is an important category of historical materialism and Marx's humanism. It needs both the natural "inherent regulation" as well as the motive force of human practice as well as the deep motive force of the development of social history. There is always a certain tension between the socialization of Ideological and political education and the needs of human beings. It can be said that the relationship between the two is the relationship between the people. It is inseparable. In this way, the socialization of Ideological and political education must pay attention to the needs of the educated, meet the needs of the educated, especially the spiritual needs, guide them to correctly treat their own needs and interests, and continue to optimize their own needs structure, and then pursue lofty beliefs and healthy spiritual life. Based on Marx's theory of "all-round development of human beings", the status and role of the problem of human development and all-round development of education in the socialization of Ideological and political education, it is believed that the overall development of human beings in socialization is mainly embodied in a whole development, comprehensive demand and development, and it must be realized in the individual's social practice. Face development, and then put forward that the development of human potential is the realistic goal of socialization of Ideological and political education.
On the basis of Marx's revelation of the significance of practical activities in the generation of human beings, a profound understanding of the nature of human practice and the relationship with the socialization of human beings, it is proposed that learning and communication are the two basic practical activities of the socialization of people in Ideological and political education, which play a role in the transformation of the possibility of human socialization to reality.
