【摘要】：改革開放以來,隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,我國的政治體制、文化氛圍、社會結(jié)構(gòu)與生態(tài)環(huán)境都處在一個深刻變化的時期。由于社會分層的不斷深化、人們思想意識的不斷進步,加之國內(nèi)外文化交流趨于大眾化,我國這一時期的文化呈多元化態(tài)勢發(fā)展。在這一時代背景和文化環(huán)境的影響下,公共道德在我國的建設和發(fā)展面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn)。首先,隨著生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,社會分工日益細化,公共生活領(lǐng)域的不斷擴大,原有的以小農(nóng)經(jīng)濟為基礎和以血緣關(guān)系以及宗族為紐帶建立的私人道德行為體系已然難以適應當代的“陌生人社會”,在傳統(tǒng)道德文化影響下的國人,對公共意識的重視程度還較輕,這也使公共道德建設難度加大。其次,我國在文化建設上正在由一個文化資源大國轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槲幕瘡妵?多元文化在我國交織發(fā)展,這給人們的價值觀提供了多元化選擇,價值觀的多元化也可能導致公共道德評價標準的客觀性有所動搖,這就會導致一些領(lǐng)域道德失范、誠信缺失,一些社會成員價值觀扭曲等現(xiàn)象的滋生。這無疑對我國的公共道德的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定的負面影響。因此,公共道德在我國社會轉(zhuǎn)型這一關(guān)鍵時期,面臨著傳統(tǒng)文化和外來文化的雙重影響。面對這一挑戰(zhàn),我國的公共道德建設在現(xiàn)階段,就必須從社會轉(zhuǎn)型這一客觀的時代背景出發(fā),重視多元文化這一影響因素,一要從中國傳統(tǒng)道德思想中汲取有利于公共道德建設的道德文化。二要正視外來文化給我國公共道德建設提供的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),樹立社會主義核心價值觀,在多元文化的環(huán)境中尋求公共道德建設的正確方向。在公共道德建設方面,要根據(jù)道德是由他律轉(zhuǎn)化為道德自律這一規(guī)律,通過制度的約束,規(guī)范公共道德行為,使其逐漸內(nèi)化為人們的道德自律,這也是公共道德建設的最終目標。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of economy, the political system, cultural atmosphere, social structure and ecological environment of our country are in a period of profound change. In addition, the cultural exchange at home and abroad tends to be popularized, and the culture of our country develops in a pluralistic situation. Under the influence of the background of this era and the cultural environment, the construction and development of public morality in our country is facing many challenges. With the development of productive forces and the transformation of production mode, the social division of labor is becoming more and more detailed, and the field of public life is expanding. The original private moral behavior system established on the basis of small-scale peasant economy, blood relationship and clan ties has been difficult to adapt to the contemporary "stranger society", under the influence of traditional moral culture. The degree of attention to public consciousness is still relatively low, which also makes the construction of public morality more difficult. Secondly, the cultural construction of our country is changing from a large country of cultural resources to a powerful country of culture, and multiculturalism is interwoven and developed in our country. This provides a pluralistic choice for people's values, and the diversity of values may also lead to a shift in the objectivity of public moral evaluation standards, which will lead to moral anomie and lack of integrity in some fields. There is no doubt that the distortion of values of some social members has a certain negative impact on the development of public morality in our country. Therefore, public morality is in the critical period of social transformation in our country. Faced with the dual influence of traditional culture and foreign culture, in the face of this challenge, the construction of public morality in our country at the present stage must proceed from the objective background of social transformation and attach importance to the influence factor of multiculturalism. First, we should draw from the Chinese traditional moral ideology a moral culture conducive to the construction of public morality. Second, we should face squarely the opportunities and challenges provided by foreign cultures to the construction of public morality in China, and establish the core values of socialism. In the construction of public morality, according to the law that morality is transformed from heteronomy to moral self-discipline, we should regulate the behavior of public morality through the restriction of system. It is the ultimate goal of public moral construction to internalize it into moral self-discipline.
