【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政60余年來，擺在其面前的主要任務(wù)之一就是提高黨的執(zhí)政能力，，能否提高黨的執(zhí)政能力關(guān)乎中國特色社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)的興衰成敗、關(guān)乎全面建成小康社會(huì)目標(biāo)任沒有松懈對(duì)提高其執(zhí)政能力問題的探索，對(duì)此問題胡錦濤同志帶領(lǐng)全黨在黨的十六屆四中全增強(qiáng)緊迫感和責(zé)任感，牢牢把握加強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)、先進(jìn)性和純潔性建設(shè)這條主線……”這樣的論述。由此可見，提高黨的執(zhí)政能力是黨的重要奮斗目標(biāo)。 思想政治教育不僅僅是一門科學(xué)，而且是我們黨的政治優(yōu)勢(shì)，新中國成立以來，我黨從來沒有停止加強(qiáng)思想政治教育對(duì)提高黨的執(zhí)政能力的腳步，而且黨的執(zhí)政能力得到了大大提向、民族團(tuán)結(jié)、社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀、生態(tài)道德等方面進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新。但是由于種種原因，思想政治教育工作仍然存在著一些不足與問題，這就不可避免地影響了思想政治教育作用的發(fā)揮，而且也一定程度上阻礙了黨執(zhí)政能力的提高。 本文將從思想政治教育與執(zhí)政能力以及黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)的定義出發(fā)，去挖掘當(dāng)前思想政治教育工作中存在的問題，從而根據(jù)問題去探索開展思想政治教育工作的新方式方法，力圖從思想政治教育的體制機(jī)制、組織保障、群眾基礎(chǔ)、以及發(fā)揮作用的載體等方面找對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究以使其更加有力地提高黨的執(zhí)政能力。
