思想政治教育有效溝通研究

【摘要】:溝通是維系人與人之間關(guān)系的紐帶。思想政治教育是關(guān)于人的學(xué)科,所以也離不開(kāi)溝通。思想政治教育溝通是對(duì)思想政治教育方法的創(chuàng)新,對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究有助于深化思想政治教育基礎(chǔ)理論,推動(dòng)思想政治教育學(xué)科發(fā)展。有效溝通是對(duì)溝通過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的影響溝通效果實(shí)現(xiàn)的要素進(jìn)行深入分析,然后提出的提高溝通有效性以便實(shí)現(xiàn)溝通目標(biāo)的理論。在思想政治教育溝通的過(guò)程中借鑒有效溝通理論,可以促使教育者和受教育者充分認(rèn)識(shí)自身的地位,實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的教學(xué)相長(zhǎng),共同發(fā)展,以增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的吸引力、感染力與有效性。 本文從思想政治教育溝通中存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題入手,通過(guò)借鑒有效溝通相關(guān)理論,從溝通角度分析思想政治教育效能問(wèn)題,研究如何提高和實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育溝通的有效性。文章首先對(duì)溝通、有效溝通、思想政治教育溝通等概念進(jìn)行界定,并對(duì)其特征和模式進(jìn)行闡述;其次研究思想政治教育溝通過(guò)程中由于人際、技術(shù)等因素產(chǎn)生的障礙,并總結(jié)影響思想政治教育的主觀和客觀因素;最后根據(jù)對(duì)思想政治教育特征和障礙的分析,提出提高思想政治教育溝通有效性應(yīng)堅(jiān)持平等和真誠(chéng)相結(jié)合、尊重和理解相結(jié)合、引導(dǎo)和適應(yīng)相結(jié)合、傾聽(tīng)和鼓勵(lì)相結(jié)合的原則及強(qiáng)化自我溝通能力、構(gòu)建循環(huán)互動(dòng)的雙向溝通模式、拓寬非正式溝通的途徑、重視非語(yǔ)言溝通的方式等方法。在思想政治教育實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,通過(guò)對(duì)其原則的轉(zhuǎn)變和方法的優(yōu)化,以實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Communication is the link to maintain the relationship between people. Ideological and political education is about the subject of people, so it can not be separated from communication. The communication of ideological and political education is an innovation of the methods of ideological and political education. It is helpful to deepen the basic theory of ideological and political education and promote the development of the subject of ideological and political education. Effective communication is an in-depth analysis of the factors that may affect the realization of communication effect in the process of communication. Then the theory proposed to improve the effectiveness of communication in order to achieve the communication goal. In the process of ideological and political education communication, using effective communication theory for reference, can promote educators and educatees to fully understand their own status. To achieve real teaching and common development, in order to enhance the appeal, appeal and effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper begins with the practical problems in the communication of ideological and political education, and analyzes the effectiveness of ideological and political education from the angle of communication by referring to the relevant theories of effective communication. This paper studies how to improve and realize the effectiveness of ideological and political education communication. Firstly, this paper defines the concepts of communication, effective communication and ideological and political education communication, and expounds its characteristics and modes. Secondly, it studies the obstacles caused by interpersonal and technical factors in the process of ideological and political education communication, and summarizes the subjective and objective factors that affect ideological and political education. Finally, according to the analysis of the characteristics and obstacles of ideological and political education, To improve the communication effectiveness of ideological and political education, we should adhere to the principle of combining equality and sincerity, respect and understanding, guidance and adaptation, listening and encouraging, and strengthening the ability of self-communication. In the process of ideological and political education, we should change the principles and optimize the methods, such as constructing the two-way communication mode of circular interaction, widening the channels of informal communication, paying attention to the non-verbal communication, and so on, in the process of ideological and political education. In order to achieve the goal of ideological and political education.
