【摘要】：牢牢掌握意識形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導權(quán)、管理權(quán)、話語權(quán),是新的歷史條件下做好意識形態(tài)工作的根本要求,是鞏固馬克思主義在意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的指導地位、鞏固全黨全國人民團結(jié)奮斗的共同思想基礎(chǔ)的堅強保障。意識形態(tài)管理權(quán)是意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)導權(quán)的基礎(chǔ),實現(xiàn)意識形態(tài)管理權(quán)是實現(xiàn)意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)導權(quán)的保證。意識形態(tài)管理權(quán)的實現(xiàn)要抓住關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),形成內(nèi)生動力;強化導向管理、陣地管理和隊伍管理,是意識形態(tài)管理權(quán)實現(xiàn)的重要路徑;推進理念創(chuàng)新、體制創(chuàng)新與方法創(chuàng)新,則構(gòu)成意識形態(tài)管理權(quán)實現(xiàn)的內(nèi)生動力。
[Abstract]:To firmly grasp the leadership, management and discourse of ideological work is the fundamental requirement for doing a good job in ideological work under the new historical conditions, and is to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field. A strong guarantee for consolidating the common ideological basis for the unity and struggle of the whole party and the people throughout the country. Ideological management is the basis for ideological leadership. The realization of ideological management power is the guarantee of realizing ideological leadership. The realization of ideological management power should grasp the key link, form endogenous power, strengthen guiding management, position management and team management. It is an important way to realize the right of ideology management, and to promote the innovation of ideology, the innovation of system and the innovation of method constitute the endogenous motive force of realizing the right of ideology management.
