【摘要】:文化是精神的載體,精神是民族的靈魂。歷觀史鑒,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),一個(gè)國(guó)家或民族的崛起、振興往往以本國(guó)或本民族文化的崛起、振興為先導(dǎo)和支撐。山西是中華民族的重要發(fā)祥地之一,是全國(guó)著名的革命老區(qū),也是紅色文化資源的重要聚集地,具有光榮的革命傳統(tǒng)和燦爛的紅色文化,催生出太行精神、呂梁精神、大寨精神、右玉精神等寶貴的精神財(cái)富和先進(jìn)典型。山西紅色文化不僅是全國(guó)紅色文化的重要篇章,而且是中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的奇葩,也是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的重要內(nèi)容。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民在革命、建設(shè)、改革過(guò)程中兼收并蓄古今中外優(yōu)秀文化而形成和發(fā)展的紅色文化資源,也已成為中國(guó)人民傳承和弘揚(yáng)先進(jìn)文化、培育和提升民族精神、進(jìn)行愛(ài)國(guó)主義和革命傳統(tǒng)教育的有效載體。宣揚(yáng)紅色文化已經(jīng)成為鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位的政治工程;弘揚(yáng)民族精神、加強(qiáng)青少年思想道德建設(shè)的文化工程;促進(jìn)革命老區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)山西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)工程。在新的歷史條件下,如何利用新媒體的手段,繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)光榮的革命傳統(tǒng);挖掘整理、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)意地具象展示、體驗(yàn)、感悟紅色文化;進(jìn)一步充實(shí)、豐富、凸顯太行精神、呂梁精神、右玉精神的紅色文化載體,已成為傳承和弘揚(yáng)紅色文化所面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。本文以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀理論為指導(dǎo),以山西紅色文化資源為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)山西紅色文化的概況、類(lèi)型、功能進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的梳理,對(duì)新媒體時(shí)代山西紅色文化傳播的現(xiàn)狀做了調(diào)查與研究,就其中存在的問(wèn)題及原因展開(kāi)詳細(xì)的剖析,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,就新時(shí)期,山西如何運(yùn)用新媒體手段提升紅色文化影響力提出了具體的措施和建議。本文主要由六部分內(nèi)容構(gòu)成:第一章為緒論,主要是對(duì)論文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)作一簡(jiǎn)要概述;第二章主要針對(duì)本文所提及的文化、紅色文化、新媒體、文化軟實(shí)力等概念進(jìn)行規(guī)范、闡明。第三章系統(tǒng)敘述了山西紅色文化的發(fā)展歷程,挖掘山西紅色文化蘊(yùn)含的包括物質(zhì)層面、精神內(nèi)涵、先進(jìn)人物事跡、文化精品等在內(nèi)的豐富資源,掌握山西紅色文化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,判斷山西紅色文化在國(guó)內(nèi)外的影響力,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)山西紅色文化的主要特征進(jìn)行概括,從而全面把握山西紅色文化的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、基本情況以及主要特征。第四章則是通過(guò)書(shū)刊報(bào)紙網(wǎng)絡(luò),大量搜集、具體了解受眾群體的需求和想法,親自體驗(yàn)受眾群體的思維方式等各種渠道來(lái)分析新媒體時(shí)代下山西紅色文化的傳播現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題以及原因分析。第五章是在前述章節(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,凝練出新媒體時(shí)代提升山西紅色文化軟實(shí)力應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的幾個(gè)原則,并提出了新媒體時(shí)代提升山西紅色文化軟實(shí)力的政策建議和具體措施。第六部分為結(jié)語(yǔ),再次強(qiáng)調(diào)充分挖掘山西紅色文化的時(shí)代價(jià)值,提升山西紅色文化軟實(shí)力是塑造山西美好形象,實(shí)現(xiàn)振興崛起的必然要求。在山西紅色文化的傳播過(guò)程中,更需要合理地利用新媒體手段,借助新媒體的主要渠道和多樣性方式對(duì)山西紅色文化進(jìn)行廣泛的宣傳,在不斷實(shí)踐與嘗試中促進(jìn)紅色文化的快速傳播。本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查研究法、質(zhì)的研究法、行動(dòng)研究法、比較研究法等方法,對(duì)山西紅色文化的傳播現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題、原因進(jìn)行了深入的探析,相較于以往的研究成果,本文篩選了幾個(gè)典型性的區(qū)域性紅色文化作為考察對(duì)象并就其傳播現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研,獲得了許多重要的一手資料,并就紅色文化的主要功能加以概括,同時(shí),為山西在新媒體時(shí)代下如何提升紅色文化軟實(shí)力提出了政策建議和具體措施,因而具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。通過(guò)研究,本文得出如下結(jié)論。在新媒體時(shí)代下,繼承和弘揚(yáng)山西紅色文化,具體應(yīng)做到:首先,必須樹(shù)立紅色文化傳播的主動(dòng)性和自覺(jué)性,提高民眾對(duì)山西紅色文化的認(rèn)同感;其次,要培養(yǎng)客觀的傳播意識(shí),通過(guò)多樣化傳播手段提高紅色文化吸引力;再次,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對(duì)山西紅色文化傳播過(guò)程中的資金與技術(shù)投入;此外,還要采用多元化傳播方式,改善山西紅色文化傳統(tǒng)傳播模式;最后,就是要進(jìn)一步提高政府參與力度,制定和完善新媒體傳播紅色文化相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)。

In the new historical conditions, how to use the new media means to inherit and carry forward the glorious revolutionary tradition; excavate creative as show, experience, perception of red culture; to further enrich the rich, highlighting the Taihang spirit, the spirit of Lvliang red culture carrier of the spirit of Youyu. Has become an important challenge to inherit and carry forward the red culture faced. This paper mainly consists of six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the research background, research purpose, research significance, research status at home and abroad, the research contents and innovations are briefly summarized in this paper; the second chapter in the article referred to the red culture. The third chapter describes the development process of Shanxi red culture, mining Shanxi red culture contains material level, The spiritual connotation, advanced character deeds, rich cultural resources, quality, grasp the development status quo of Shanxi red culture, determine the influence of Shanxi red culture at home and abroad, on this basis, the main characteristics of Shanxi red culture are summarized, so as to fully grasp the development of Shanxi red culture, the basic situation and main features of the fourth. The sixth part is the conclusion, once again fully tap the time value of the Shanxi red culture, enhance the soft power of Shanxi red culture is shaping the beautiful image of Shanxi, a necessary requirement to achieve revitalization. In the dissemination process of Shanxi red culture, need more rational use of new media tools, with the help of the main channel and a variety of new media the way of extensive publicity of Shanxi red culture, promote the rapid dissemination of red culture and try to continue in practice. This paper uses the literature method, survey method, qualitative research method, action research method, research method, communication situation, the Shanxi red culture problems, reasons for the further analysis, compared with the previous research results, this article selected several typical regional red culture as the research object and the communication status of the investigation, Get a lot of important information on the one hand, and the main function of red culture is summarized, at the same time, Shanxi in the new media era how to enhance the soft power of the red cultural put forward specific measures and suggestions, which has certain innovation. Through the research, this paper draw the following conclusions. In the era of new media, the inheritance and development of Shanxi red culture, we should do: first, must establish the initiative and consciousness of the red culture, improve the people of Shanxi red cultural identity; secondly, to cultivate objective communication consciousness, improve the attractiveness of the red culture through diverse means of communication; thirdly, should strengthen the investment of capital and technology in Shanxi the red culture communication process; in addition, should adopt diversified means of communication, improve the Shanxi red culture communication model; finally, is to further improve the government involvement, system Set and improve the new media to disseminated the relevant laws and regulations related to red culture.
