隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,以及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療水平的飛速提升,國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)術(shù)交流日益頻繁。醫(yī)學(xué)論文作為報(bào)道世界醫(yī)學(xué)科研成果及臨床工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)的主要載體,迅速成為廣大醫(yī)學(xué)科研工作人員和醫(yī)務(wù)工作者獲取世界范圍內(nèi)前沿醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)的第一手資料。毋庸置疑,醫(yī)學(xué)論文的“準(zhǔn)確”翻譯,有助于加快醫(yī)學(xué)研究成果在世界范圍內(nèi)的傳播,推動(dòng)人類醫(yī)療健康事業(yè)的發(fā)展。醫(yī)學(xué)論文作為科技論文的一個(gè)分支,具有鮮明的文體特征,如醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語與縮略語、被動(dòng)語態(tài)、長(zhǎng)難句等,這在一定程度上增加了醫(yī)學(xué)論文理解和翻譯的難度,要求譯者在翻譯過程中充分利用現(xiàn)有的材料和工具,保證醫(yī)學(xué)論文翻譯的忠實(shí)性、恰當(dāng)性和流暢性,保證翻譯項(xiàng)目的順利、高效進(jìn)行。本報(bào)告以作者真實(shí)的醫(yī)學(xué)論文翻譯實(shí)踐為研究對(duì)象,以德國(guó)功能主義翻譯理論為支撐,介紹了醫(yī)學(xué)論文的翻譯任務(wù)、翻譯過程、翻譯案例和總結(jié),試圖對(duì)本次醫(yī)學(xué)論文的翻譯任務(wù)進(jìn)行全面的反思,加深個(gè)人對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)論文翻譯的認(rèn)識(shí),為其他醫(yī)學(xué)翻譯者和學(xué)者提供一些參考。
