【摘要】：癌癥作為一種全球面臨的重大公共衛(wèi)生問題,不僅對患者造成了重大的打擊,也對家屬造成了沉痛的折磨。老年癌癥患者家屬時刻擔(dān)憂著患者的離去;承受著患者治療過程中的一切繁雜事務(wù);承擔(dān)著巨額治療費用;承擔(dān)著生活中各方面的壓力。他們甚至沒有精力投入工作、沒有時間照顧家庭、沒有心情與人交往、失眠多慮。隨著社會的進(jìn)步,越來越多的癌癥患者選擇住院治療,作為照顧者的家屬也長時間生活在醫(yī)院。面對醫(yī)院令人難以適應(yīng)的環(huán)境、面對忍受病痛折磨的患者、面對無暇顧及患者和家屬心靈的醫(yī)護(hù)人員,久而久之,家屬的負(fù)性情緒累積,出現(xiàn)了焦慮。家屬的焦慮情緒又會對患者造成負(fù)面影響,隨之而來的是對整個家庭與日俱增的惡性影響。所以,對家屬進(jìn)行焦慮情緒的介入亟不可待。在本文中,運用醫(yī)務(wù)小組工作方法對老年癌癥患者家屬進(jìn)行焦慮情緒介入,提高患者和家屬的生活質(zhì)量。焦慮的具體表現(xiàn)為以下幾個方面:失眠、煩躁、恐懼、注意力不集中以及無助。首先在醫(yī)院招募小組成員,運用焦慮測評量表對小組成員進(jìn)行前測,根據(jù)成員的具體情況設(shè)計活動方案并實施,最后進(jìn)行焦慮測評量表的后測,數(shù)據(jù)的對比就顯示了醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作介入老年癌癥患者家屬焦慮情緒的效果。在醫(yī)務(wù)小組工作的過程中,按照接案、預(yù)估、方案設(shè)計、實施、方案評估和結(jié)案六個階段來展開,并且做好醫(yī)務(wù)小組工作方案實施中的記錄,把握成員的變化和成長,及時回應(yīng)成員的需求。通過醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作的介入,老年癌癥患者家屬的焦慮情緒有所減緩,這表明,醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作可以有效運用于老年癌癥患者家屬的焦慮情緒介入。

With the progress of society. More and more cancer patients choose hospitalization, and the family members of caregivers live in hospitals for a long time. In the face of health care workers who have no time to take care of the heart of patients and family members, over time, the negative emotions of family members accumulate, resulting in anxiety. The anxiety of family members will also have a negative impact on patients. Followed by a growing vicious impact on the whole family. Therefore, the anxiety of the family members to intervene is urgent. In this article. The medical group work method is used to intervene the anxiety mood of the elderly cancer patients' family, and to improve the quality of life of the patients and their families. The specific manifestations of anxiety are as follows: insomnia, agitation, fear. First of all, recruitment group members in the hospital, using the anxiety scale to pre-test the group members, according to the specific conditions of the members of the design and implementation of activities. Finally, the post-test of anxiety scale was carried out, and the comparison of the data showed the effect of medical social work intervention on the anxiety of the elderly cancer patients' family.
