【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針治療肩凝癥的臨床觀察,并對此方法與肩三針溫針治療對肩凝癥的客觀療效進(jìn)行總結(jié)比較,以期對此做出科學(xué)、客觀、系統(tǒng)、可靠的療效評價(jià),試圖尋找一個行之有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的治療肩凝癥的最好方法,以減輕患者的痛苦,提高其生活質(zhì)量,為臨床治療肩凝癥提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:本研究將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例肩凝癥患者按照簡單隨機(jī)分為治療組30例,對照組30例。治療組予推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針治療,對照組予肩三針溫針治療,經(jīng)過2周治療,通過視覺模擬評分法(VAS)、Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)評定表評估治療效果,及兩組患者療效差異。結(jié)果:(1)推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針和肩三針溫針治療肩凝癥都有良好的療效,治療組總有效率,對照組總有效率96.7%,對照組總有效率86.7%,兩組療效結(jié)果經(jīng)Ridit分析,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),說明治療組采用的方法在提高有效率方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組方法。(2)兩組患者治療后肩關(guān)節(jié)VAS評分均較治療前明顯降低(P0.05),治療后組間比較,VAS評分有顯著差異(P0.05),說明推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針更能有效緩解肩凝癥患者疼痛癥狀。(3)兩組患者治療后Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評分均較治療前有顯著提高(P0.05),治療后組間對比,Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評分有顯著差異P0.05),說明推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針更能有效改善肩凝癥患者肩關(guān)節(jié)功能,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)論:(1)本研究證明,推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針及肩三針溫針治療肩凝癥療效確切,均可有效緩解肩凝癥患者肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛,改善肩關(guān)節(jié)功能,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。(2)推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針組和肩三針溫針組兩組間的療效比較,經(jīng)治療后,治療組的VAS評分較對照組顯著降低,且治療組的Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評分較對照組顯著提高,結(jié)果說明,推拿結(jié)合肩三針溫針治療肩凝癥較肩三針溫針療效更佳,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of massage combined with three needle warming acupuncture on shoulder coagulation, and to summarize and compare the objective curative effect of this method with that of shoulder three needle warming acupuncture in order to make a scientific, objective, systematic and reliable evaluation of the curative effect. This paper attempts to find an effective, economical and safe way to treat shoulder coagulation in order to alleviate the pain of patients, improve their quality of life, and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of shoulder coagulation. Methods: 60 patients with shoulder coagulation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with massage combined with three needles of warm acupuncture of shoulder, and the control group was treated with warm acupuncture of three needles of shoulder. After 2 weeks of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated by visual analogue score (VAS) and Constant-Murley shoulder joint evaluation table, and the difference of curative effect between the two groups. Results: (1) the treatment of shoulder coagulation with massage combined with three needle warm needle and three needle warm needle has good effect. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.77.The total effective rate of the control group is 86.7.The results of the two groups were analyzed by Ridit. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the effective rate. (2) the shoulder joint VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), which indicated that massage combined with three needle warm needles could relieve the pain symptoms of patients with shoulder coagulation more effectively. (3) after treatment, the scores of Constant-Murley shoulder joint function in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.05), and the comparison between the two groups after treatment was compared with Constant-Murley shoulder closure. There was significant difference in the score of segment function (P0.05), which indicated that massage combined with three needle warm needles could effectively improve the shoulder function of patients with shoulder coagulation. Improve the quality of life of patients. Conclusion: (1) this study proved that massage combined with three needle warm needle and three needle warm needle can effectively relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder function in patients with shoulder coagulation. Improve the quality of life of patients. (2) the curative effect comparison between massage and shoulder three needle warm acupuncture group, after treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The score of Constant-Murley shoulder joint function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The results showed that the treatment of shoulder coagulation with massage combined with three needle warming acupuncture was more effective than that of shoulder three needle warm acupuncture, which was worth popularizing in clinic.
