新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享研究

【摘要】:隨著新媒體技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應用,新媒體對圖書館學科服務產(chǎn)生了重要影響。當前國內(nèi)各大高校圖書館學科服務部門紛紛開通了官方微博、微信公眾號和社交媒體賬號等新媒體平臺,投入大量的資金和人力借助新媒體平臺開展學科服務。新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館用戶的信息環(huán)境和學科信息需求變得復雜多樣,用戶對圖書館學科服務的要求、服務方式和方法均發(fā)生了很大變化。新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館用戶不再滿足簡單的文獻服務,越來越傾向于基于專業(yè)知識或知識解決方案的服務,對高校圖書館學科服務提出了更高要求。另外,因受到學科館員能力和精力的限制,用戶信息環(huán)境日益復雜與用戶信息需求呈現(xiàn)復雜多元化,單一的學科館員因勝任力偏低,學科服務深度和廣度不夠,難以滿足學科用戶的需求。當前高校圖書館學科服務主導形式正經(jīng)歷著學科館員單一服務向團隊服務方式轉(zhuǎn)變的過程。新媒體為圖書館學科服務提供了良好的環(huán)境和平臺,使得圖書館學科服務知識共享變得更加便捷、成本更加低廉。高校圖書館借助新媒體平臺能夠即時快捷地滿足用戶需求,實現(xiàn)與用戶的互動交流,學科服務知識共享的效率和速度都得到了很大的提高。學科服務團隊借助新媒體平臺進行知識服務成為當前圖書館學科服務的研究熱點。知識生態(tài)理論是研究人、知識和環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理論,可以為新媒體環(huán)境下學科服務團隊知識的組織、共享技術(shù)和知識共享主體之間的復雜關(guān)系提供新的理論支持。因此,本文借鑒知識生態(tài)理論分析新媒體環(huán)境下高校圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的機理、影響因素、探索知識共享的模式,提出一種針對高校圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享績效評價方法,并針對當前新媒體環(huán)境下高校圖書館學科服務知識共享的現(xiàn)狀和困境,提出了相應的對策和建議。本文主要做了以下幾個方面的工作和創(chuàng)新:首先,本文基于知識生態(tài)理論構(gòu)建了新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享機理模型,提出了新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的概念和特點,構(gòu)建了新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng),對知識共享知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的四個組成要素知識、知識共享主體、知識共享環(huán)境、知識共享技術(shù)以及它們之間的相互關(guān)系進行分析。同時也分析了新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的知識生態(tài)鏈,知識生態(tài)鏈的形成和知識流轉(zhuǎn)情況。將新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)的類型分為星型拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)、總線型拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)、Y型拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)和網(wǎng)狀拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)四種結(jié)構(gòu)形式。借助施拉姆大眾傳播過程構(gòu)建了新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務知識共享的過程模型,分析了知識共享過程的每個階段。認為新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的動力主要是以知識共享環(huán)境、知識共享技術(shù)和知識固有屬性刺激影響的外部動力和以知識共享主體和學科服務團隊的需求驅(qū)動的內(nèi)部動力,受到兩種動力的共同作用。本部分的研究奠定了全文理論研究的整體框架,為后續(xù)的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,從知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)角度,借鑒計劃行為理論模型,對新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的影響因素進行研究。將影響因素分為知識、知識共享主體、知識共享環(huán)境、知識共享技術(shù)及知識共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)五個方面,共設(shè)計提出了16項影響因素。通過設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷,收集了276份有效問卷,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析軟件amos17.0對構(gòu)建的模型進行檢驗和分析,驗證研究假設(shè)并對每一類影響因素進行詳細分析。實證研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)知識的可及性、時效性、豐富性、知識質(zhì)量對圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享意向產(chǎn)生正向影響。知識共享主體的利他主義、自我效能以及互惠對知識共享意向產(chǎn)生正向影響。圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境中的信任環(huán)境、團隊文化氛圍、激勵制度都對知識共享主體的意向產(chǎn)生正向影響。知識共享技術(shù)的易用性、可靠性以及新媒體平臺流暢性對知識共享行為直接存在正向影響。圖書館學科團隊知識共享形成的知識共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識共享主體在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的位置、知識共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定性都與知識共享主體的意向產(chǎn)生正向影響,知識共享主體之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)距離對知識共享意向產(chǎn)生負向的影響。第三,對新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的模式進行分析。結(jié)合知識生態(tài)理論,依據(jù)新媒體的類型和功能特點以及知識共享主體發(fā)揮的作用,將新媒體環(huán)境下圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的模式分為資源推送式、任務驅(qū)動式、即時交互式、流媒體直播式四種類型。分別選取每種模式的典型新媒體應用,結(jié)合當前高校圖書館學科服務的使用情況進行案例分析,借助知識生態(tài)理論,從知識、知識共享主體、知識共享環(huán)境、知識共享技術(shù)四個方面分析各類模式在新媒體環(huán)境下的特點和作用,并針對四種模式進行對比分析。第四,提出了一種基于模糊層次分析的圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享績效評價方法,采用質(zhì)性訪談的方法選取評價指標,結(jié)合知識生態(tài)理論將圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享績效評價指標分為知識共享主體、知識共享環(huán)境、知識共享過程、團隊和圖書館組織四個維度,選取了25個二級指標,采用層次分析法構(gòu)建了評價指標體系,運用模糊綜合評價的方法進行績效的評價,并選取吉林省某大學理工科學科服務團隊作為應用評價對象,驗證本研究提出方法的有效性和合理性。最后,針對當前高校圖書館借助新媒體平臺開展學科服務知識共享的現(xiàn)狀,分析了高校圖書館借助新媒體開展學科服務知識共享的困境,分別從知識、知識共享主體、知識共享環(huán)境、知識共享技術(shù)和知識共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)五個方面提出相應的策略和建議。這些研究結(jié)論的得出,不僅豐富了圖書館學科服務、知識共享和知識生態(tài)的理論研究,更是為高校圖書館借助新媒體開展學科服務知識共享提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和參考建議,有助于提高高校圖書館學科服務團隊知識共享的效率和水平,對于提高圖書館學科服務團隊的學科服務水平和質(zhì)量都具有較強的現(xiàn)實應用意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of new media technology, new media has exerted an important influence on the subject service of libraries. At present, the subject service departments of University Libraries in China have opened new media platforms such as official micro-blogs, Weixin public numbers and social media accounts, and have invested a lot of money and manpower to carry out subject service by means of new media platforms. Under the new media environment, the information environment and subject information needs of library users have become complex and diverse, and the requirements of library subject services, service methods and methods have changed greatly. In addition, due to the limitation of subject librarian's ability and energy, the user's information environment is becoming more and more complex and diversified, and the single subject librarian is difficult to meet the needs of subject users because of his low competence and inadequate depth and breadth of subject service. The former dominant form of subject service in university libraries is experiencing the transformation from the single service of subject librarians to that of team service. New media provides a good environment and platform for library subject service, which makes the sharing of subject service knowledge more convenient and cheaper. The efficiency and speed of knowledge sharing in subject service have been greatly improved by satisfying users'needs instantly and quickly, and realizing interactive communication with users. Subject service teams have become the research hotspot of subject service in libraries with the help of new media platform. The theory of exhibition can provide new theoretical support for the organization of subject service team knowledge under the new media environment, the complex relationship between sharing technology and the subject of knowledge sharing. This paper puts forward a method of knowledge sharing performance evaluation for academic service teams in University libraries, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the current situation and predicament of knowledge sharing in academic service in University Libraries under the new media environment. The knowledge ecology theory constructs the knowledge sharing mechanism model of library subject service team under the new media environment, puts forward the concept and characteristics of knowledge sharing of library subject service team under the new media environment, constructs the knowledge ecological system of knowledge sharing of library subject service team under the new media environment and the knowledge ecological system of knowledge sharing. The paper also analyzes the knowledge ecological chain, the formation of the knowledge ecological chain and the knowledge transfer of the knowledge sharing of the library subject service team under the new media environment. The types of knowledge sharing network of library subject service team can be divided into four types: star topology structure, bus topology structure, Y topology structure and network topology structure. It is considered that the motivation of knowledge sharing of library subject service team under the new media environment is mainly the external motivation of knowledge sharing environment, knowledge sharing technology and knowledge inherent attribute stimulation, and the internal motivation driven by the demand of knowledge sharing subject and subject service team. Secondly, from the perspective of knowledge ecosystem and drawing lessons from the theoretical model of planned behavior, this paper studies the influencing factors of knowledge sharing of library subject service team under the new media environment. The influencing factors are divided into knowledge, knowledge sharing subject and knowledge sharing subject. Enjoying the environment, knowledge sharing technology and knowledge sharing network structure five aspects, a total of 16 factors were designed and put forward. Through the design of questionnaires, 276 valid questionnaires were collected. Structural equation model analysis software Amos 17.0 was used to test and analyze the model, verify the research hypothesis and detailed each type of influencing factors. The results show that the accessibility, timeliness, richness and quality of knowledge have a positive impact on the knowledge sharing intention of library service teams. The trust environment, team culture atmosphere and incentive system have positive effects on the intention of knowledge sharing subjects. The ease of use, reliability and fluency of new media platforms have direct positive effects on knowledge sharing behaviors. The position of the enjoying subject in the network, the stability of the knowledge sharing network and the intention of the knowledge sharing subject have a positive impact, and the network distance between the knowledge sharing subjects has a negative impact on the intention of knowledge sharing. According to the theory of state, according to the types and functions of new media and the role of knowledge sharing agents, the knowledge sharing modes of library subject service teams under the new media environment are divided into four types: resource-pushing, task-driven, real-time interactive and live streaming media. With the help of knowledge ecology theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of various modes in the new media environment from four aspects: knowledge, subject of knowledge sharing, environment of knowledge sharing and technology of knowledge sharing. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is used to evaluate the knowledge sharing performance of library subject service teams. Qualitative interviews are used to select evaluation indicators. Combining with knowledge ecology theory, the performance evaluation indicators of library subject service teams are divided into four parts: subject of knowledge sharing, environment of knowledge sharing, process of knowledge sharing, team and library organization. Dimension, 25 secondary indicators are selected, the evaluation index system is constructed by AHP, the performance is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the science and engineering discipline service team of a university in Jilin Province is selected as the application evaluation object to verify the validity and rationality of the method proposed in this study. The present situation of subject service knowledge sharing in libraries with the help of new media platform is analyzed. The dilemma of subject service knowledge sharing in libraries with the help of new media is analyzed. The corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward from five aspects: knowledge, subject of knowledge sharing, environment of knowledge sharing, technology of knowledge sharing and network structure of knowledge sharing. The conclusion not only enriches the theoretical research on subject service, knowledge sharing and knowledge ecology of libraries, but also provides theoretical basis and reference suggestions for university libraries to carry out subject service knowledge sharing with the help of new media. It is helpful to improve the efficiency and level of knowledge sharing among subject service teams of University Libraries and to improve the map. The subject service level and quality of the subject service team of the library have strong practical application significance.
