【摘要】：宿舍管理信息系統(tǒng)是信息管理系統(tǒng)的一種,也是一個(gè)由人和計(jì)算機(jī)等組成的能進(jìn)行信息收集、傳輸、加工、保存、維護(hù)和使用的系統(tǒng)。隨著信息化的進(jìn)程,信息管理系統(tǒng)的使用越來越普及,宿舍管理信息系統(tǒng)也逐步跟上時(shí)代的信息化要步伐,智能化管理宿舍人員及財(cái)產(chǎn)等。尤其是隨著物業(yè)管理公司的興起,越來越多的院校都選擇將校園宿舍管理服務(wù)外包給物業(yè)公,正是在這種情況下,宿舍管理系統(tǒng)也變得越來越重要,宿舍管理信息系統(tǒng)的可以鏈接校方與物業(yè)之間的信息,使雙方的信息更加對(duì)稱,入住人員更加便于管理。移動(dòng)智能終端產(chǎn)品的不斷完善及網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的更新?lián)Q代,為移動(dòng)智能終端宿舍管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供保障,也為進(jìn)一步完善宿舍管理系統(tǒng)提供了支持。本文根據(jù)宿舍管理信息系統(tǒng)所具有的功能特點(diǎn),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行可行性分析,并就系統(tǒng)的功能性需求提出宿舍管理信息系統(tǒng)的八個(gè)模塊。在功能需求模塊外,本文還考慮非功能需求及本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的軟硬件支撐平臺(tái),通過對(duì)需求的合理分析,進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)更完善的宿舍管理信息系統(tǒng)。本文基于移動(dòng)智能終端平臺(tái),采用軟件工程開發(fā)方法,以移動(dòng)智能終端宿舍管理系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程為出發(fā)點(diǎn),詳細(xì)闡述了基于移動(dòng)智能終端的管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的過程和基本方法。系統(tǒng)程序設(shè)計(jì)采用面向?qū)ο蟮能浖_發(fā)工具PowerBuilder9.0,系統(tǒng)界面友好,操作簡(jiǎn)便快捷。全文從引言、相關(guān)技術(shù)與研究、系統(tǒng)需求分析、宿舍管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、宿舍管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試、總結(jié)這七部分進(jìn)行論述。并將需要分析分為登記入住、繳費(fèi)管理、宿舍財(cái)產(chǎn)管理、維修管理等八個(gè)模塊,通過對(duì)宿舍活動(dòng)各環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,為上級(jí)管理層及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確提供一系列有關(guān)宿舍情況的動(dòng)態(tài)信息,使宿舍管理工作更加規(guī)范化、制度化、程序化,促進(jìn)了宿舍管理水平,避免了業(yè)務(wù)管理的隨意性,提高信息處理的速度和準(zhǔn)確性。樓棟管理員、保衛(wèi)人員、保潔人員等角色,將錄入宿舍入住情況及進(jìn)出入來訪人員情況,及時(shí)為宿舍提供維修保障及安全保障。通過移動(dòng)智能終端學(xué)生宿舍管理系統(tǒng),將極大減少物業(yè)的工作量,提高管理效率,保障學(xué)生住宿安全。
[Abstract]:Dormitory management information system is a kind of information management system. It is also a information collection, transmission, processing, preservation, maintenance and use system composed of people and computers. With the process of informatization, the use of information management system is more and more popular, dormitory management information system is also gradually keeping pace with the times of information, intelligent management of dormitory personnel and property and so on. Especially with the rise of property management companies, more and more colleges and universities choose to outsource campus dormitory management services to property owners. It is precisely under these circumstances that dormitory management systems have become more and more important. The dormitory management information system can link the information between the school and the property, so that the information of both sides is more symmetrical, and the check-in staff is more convenient to manage. The continuous improvement of mobile intelligent terminal products and the upgrading of network communication provide guarantee for the development of mobile intelligent terminal dormitory management system, and also provide support for further perfecting the dormitory management system. According to the functional characteristics of the dormitory management information system, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the system, and puts forward eight modules of the dormitory management information system according to the functional requirements of the system. In addition to the functional requirements module, this paper also considers the non-functional requirements and the software and hardware support platform developed by the system, and designs a more perfect dormitory management information system through the reasonable analysis of the requirements. Based on the platform of mobile intelligent terminal and the method of software engineering, taking the business process of dormitory management system of mobile intelligent terminal as the starting point, this paper expounds the development process and basic method of management information system based on mobile intelligent terminal in detail. The system program design adopts the object-oriented software development tool PowerBuilder9.0, system interface is friendly, the operation is simple and quick. The full text from the introduction, related technology and research, system requirements analysis, dormitory management system design, dormitory management system implementation, system testing, summarized these seven parts. And the need analysis is divided into eight modules, such as check-in, payment management, dormitory property management, maintenance management, etc., through the processing of the data generated by each link of dormitory activities. To provide a series of dynamic information about dormitory situation timely and accurately for higher management level, make dormitory management work more standardized, institutionalized, procedural, promote dormitory management level, avoid the random nature of business management. Improve the speed and accuracy of information processing. Building manager, security personnel, cleaning personnel and other roles, will enter the dormitory check-in and out of the situation of visitors, timely maintenance and security for the dormitory. Through the mobile intelligent terminal student dormitory management system, the workload of the property will be greatly reduced, the management efficiency will be improved, and the student accommodation security will be guaranteed.
