【摘要】：在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)蓬勃發(fā)展的今天,對于大型企業(yè)來說,隨著內(nèi)容呈爆炸式的增長,為了更好的沉淀有效內(nèi)容,一個良好的知識管理體系就顯得十分必要[1],內(nèi)容分享作為知識管理中的一個環(huán)節(jié),其作用是不言而喻的。在百度公司內(nèi)部有很多知識產(chǎn)品,例如family、百度問答、知識論壇、技術論壇、度學堂、度生活知識平臺,內(nèi)容很豐富,然而這些零散的內(nèi)容只能通過百度內(nèi)部的聊天工具——百度HI進行會話分享,這種分享方式不僅在擴散范圍上具有局限性,而且傳播渠道十分單一,導致一些優(yōu)秀的內(nèi)容、獨到的見解沉積在不同的平臺上,不被人所知道�；谏鲜鰞�(nèi)容在企業(yè)內(nèi)部傳播的弊端,作者分析當前國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有解決方案的特點,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有技術,提出一種基于HTML5的web應用解決方案——企業(yè)信息傳播平臺同事圈,不僅能為企業(yè)提供一個信息分享的平臺,同時也構成企業(yè)知識管理體系的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在企業(yè)信息傳播平臺研發(fā)的過程中,作者參與了系統(tǒng)需求分析、系統(tǒng)的總體架構設計與數(shù)據(jù)庫設計,并將系統(tǒng)分為企業(yè)帳號認證子系統(tǒng)、基礎功能子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)同步子系統(tǒng)以及后臺管理子系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)服務器端采用三層架構[2,3],在進行架構設計時,為了解決獲取feed流數(shù)據(jù)的響應性能問題,作者在分析調(diào)研傳統(tǒng)推送、拉取數(shù)據(jù)方式的優(yōu)劣后,最終采用推送的方式將數(shù)據(jù)存放在solr、mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫中并設計了 Feed流方案。在開發(fā)階段,作者獨立完成發(fā)布狀態(tài)模塊、消息模塊、評論模塊、點贊模塊、Oauth帳號認證模塊、Feed流模塊以及后臺管理子系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),并針對同步好友關系制定采用redis代替mysql來進行存儲的解決方案,方案實施后,好友關系數(shù)據(jù)同步性能得到顯著提升。目前該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)于百度內(nèi)部進行上線體驗,系統(tǒng)運行與用戶體驗良好,在后續(xù)的開發(fā)中作者會不斷的進行迭代與優(yōu)化,同時也會不斷的挖掘用戶新的需求。
[Abstract]:In the vigorous development of the Internet today, for large enterprises, with the content of explosive growth, in order to better the content of effective precipitation, a good knowledge management system it is very necessary to [1] content sharing as a part of knowledge management, its role is self-evident. There are a lot of knowledge products in Baidu Inc for example, the internal family, Baidu answers, knowledge forum, forum, School of life, knowledge platform, content is very rich, but these scattered content only through the internal Baidu chat tool Baidu HI sharing session, this sharing mode not only has in the diffusion range limitations, and communication channels are simple, leading to some good content, unique insights deposited on different platforms, not known. Based on the above content in the shortcomings of enterprises internal communication, the author analyzed when The characteristics of home and abroad existing solutions, and according to the existing technology, puts forward a solution -- enterprise information dissemination platform associates web application based on HTML5, can not only provide an information sharing platform for the enterprise, but also constitutes a key link of enterprise knowledge management system. In the process of development of enterprise information communication platform in, the author participated in the system requirements analysis, system architecture design and database design, and the system is divided into enterprise authentication subsystem, basic function subsystem, data synchronization subsystem and background management subsystem, server system adopts three layers [2,3] architecture, in architecture design, in order to solve the problem of response performance access to feed data stream, the author in the investigation and analysis of the traditional push, pull data modes, the push way to data stored in Solr MySQL database. And design the Feed flow scheme. In the development stage, the author independently released state module, message module, comments module, point like module, Oauth authentication module, Feed development flow module and backstage management subsystem, and develop solutions using redis instead of Mysql to store for synchronous friend relationships, implementation after the friend relationship data synchronization performance has been significantly improved. The system has been in the Baidu internal on-line experience, system operation and the user experience is good, in the subsequent development of the iterative and continuous optimization, will also continue to dig the needs of new users.
