【摘要】：長(zhǎng)久以來(lái),隨著社會(huì)文明和精神文明的快速發(fā)展,志愿者服務(wù)也在逐漸引起人們的高度關(guān)注。志愿者服務(wù)作為一種出于自愿貢獻(xiàn)自己的時(shí)間和精力,無(wú)償參與社會(huì)服務(wù)的活動(dòng),是一種基于社會(huì)發(fā)展的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。在中國(guó)大陸的公共圖書(shū)館,志愿者服務(wù)和管理都還處于探索階段,而在國(guó)外和我國(guó)港臺(tái)地區(qū)的圖書(shū)館,無(wú)論是志愿者服務(wù)還是志愿者管理機(jī)制,都已經(jīng)發(fā)展地非常完善和成熟。所以我國(guó)引入并完善圖書(shū)館志愿者服務(wù)不僅是圖書(shū)館自身發(fā)展、開(kāi)放并且逐漸完善的標(biāo)志,更是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)發(fā)展的需要。本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法、電話訪問(wèn)法、對(duì)比分析等方法,收集整理河南省公共圖書(shū)館開(kāi)展的志愿者服務(wù)信息,結(jié)合志愿者管理理論與實(shí)踐,深度剖析河南省公共圖書(shū)館志愿者服務(wù)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合當(dāng)代社會(huì)發(fā)展新趨勢(shì),為河南省公共圖書(shū)館志愿者服務(wù)提出建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)。本文包括以下七個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:第一章緒論,綜述志愿者服務(wù)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出研究背景和意義,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,思路框架和研究方法。第二章為闡述志愿者服務(wù)相關(guān)理論,對(duì)本文其他相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行界定和解釋。第三章為河南省公共圖書(shū)館志愿者服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀分析。第四章為根據(jù)河南省公共圖書(shū)館現(xiàn)狀找出圖書(shū)館志愿者服務(wù)發(fā)展所遇到的問(wèn)題。第五章為結(jié)合實(shí)際,為河南省公共圖書(shū)館志愿者服務(wù)活動(dòng)提升策略與路徑。第六章為我國(guó)公共圖書(shū)館志愿者服務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。第七章是總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, with the rapid development of social civilization and spiritual civilization, volunteer service is gradually attracting people's attention. Volunteer service as a voluntary contribution of their own time and energy. Free participation in social service activities is a responsibility and obligation based on social development. In the public libraries in mainland China, volunteer service and management are still in the exploratory stage. And in foreign countries and the library of Hong Kong and Taiwan, whether volunteer service or volunteer management mechanism. Therefore, the introduction and improvement of library volunteer service is not only a sign of the development of the library itself, opening and gradually improving. It is also the need of the development of socialist spiritual civilization. This paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis, network research, field research, telephone access, comparative analysis and so on. Collect and sort out the volunteer service information of public library in Henan province, combine the theory and practice of volunteer management, deeply analyze the problems existing in the development of volunteer service in Henan public library. Combined with the new trend of contemporary social development, the author puts forward constructive suggestions for volunteer service of Henan public library. This paper includes the following seven aspects: the first chapter is an introduction. This paper summarizes the current research situation of volunteer service at home and abroad, puts forward the research background and significance, main research content, train of thought and research methods. Chapter two is about the theory of volunteer service. The third chapter is the analysis of the present situation of volunteer service in Henan public library. Chapter 4th is to find out the library volunteer service development institute according to the present situation of Henan public library. The problems encountered. Chapter 5th is a combination of reality. Chapter 6th is the development trend of volunteer service in China's public library. Chapter 7th is a summary.
