【摘要】：為響應(yīng)教育部、財(cái)政部、國家發(fā)展改革委員會(huì)于2013年聯(lián)合下發(fā)的《關(guān)于深化研究生教育改革的意見》,國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)辦公室(簡稱:國務(wù)院學(xué)位辦)組織開展了"教育質(zhì)量調(diào)查"、"學(xué)科評估調(diào)查"等一系列專項(xiàng)調(diào)查工作,教育部學(xué)位與研究生教育發(fā)展中心(簡稱.·學(xué)位中心)作為國務(wù)院學(xué)位辦相關(guān)工作的具體實(shí)施單位,根據(jù)國務(wù)院學(xué)位辦的指示,立項(xiàng)建設(shè)"面向高等教育領(lǐng)域的在線調(diào)查系統(tǒng)"(簡稱:在線調(diào)查系統(tǒng)),將其應(yīng)用于專項(xiàng)調(diào)查工作。建設(shè)在線調(diào)查系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)查工作信息化,國務(wù)院學(xué)位辦將直接面向最終調(diào)查對象展開調(diào)查,不再需要學(xué)校報(bào)送數(shù)據(jù),既減輕了學(xué)校的工作量,同時(shí)也保證了數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確度;系統(tǒng)基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)面向全國發(fā)布,可實(shí)時(shí)查看調(diào)查結(jié)果,調(diào)查工作不受時(shí)間和空間的限制;通過大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,可降低分析工作的復(fù)雜度,分析結(jié)果更準(zhǔn)確、更有針對性。項(xiàng)目開始后首先進(jìn)行需求分析,明確各類用戶的關(guān)注點(diǎn),形成用例圖,接著對業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行梳理,形成業(yè)務(wù)流程圖,最終完成需求分析報(bào)告;需求分析完成后進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作分為兩個(gè)階段,第一階段為概要設(shè)計(jì),包括邏輯架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、部署架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、安全架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)路線設(shè)計(jì),最終形成了概要設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告,概要設(shè)計(jì)完成后系統(tǒng)整體的建設(shè)思路已經(jīng)確定;第二階段為詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),包括數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)、模塊設(shè)計(jì)、類設(shè)計(jì)、接口設(shè)計(jì)、界面設(shè)計(jì)、關(guān)鍵問題解決方案設(shè)計(jì),最終形成了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告,在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段,對系統(tǒng)的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì),包括分發(fā)過程追加問題、導(dǎo)出調(diào)查結(jié)果、支持移動(dòng)端訪問、批量導(dǎo)入調(diào)查對象、支持?jǐn)帱c(diǎn)續(xù)答、多題型存儲(chǔ)。系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,采用可擴(kuò)展、穩(wěn)定、開發(fā)效率高的JavaEE平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng),主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了調(diào)查任務(wù)管理、調(diào)查問卷管理、調(diào)查結(jié)果分析、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)、在線調(diào)查等功能,在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)階段引入功能測試、性能測試、兼容性測試,基于測試結(jié)果對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了多輪優(yōu)化,最終完成了系統(tǒng)上線工作。上線后學(xué)位辦基于系統(tǒng)完成了多項(xiàng)調(diào)查工作,達(dá)到了良好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:In response to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission in 2013 jointly issued on the deepening of graduate education reform views. The academic degree Committee Office of the State Council (abbreviated as the academic places Office of the State Council) organized and carried out a series of special investigations, such as "investigation of educational quality" and "investigation of subject evaluation". The Ministry of Education degree and Graduate Education Development Center (abbreviated as 路degree Center) as the specific implementation unit of the relevant work of the State Council Scholarship Office, according to the instructions of the State Council Scholarship Office. An online investigation system for higher education is established, which is applied to the special investigation work. The online investigation system is constructed to realize the information of investigation work. The State Council Scholarship Office will carry out the investigation directly to the final investigation object, no longer need the school to submit the data, which not only reduces the workload of the school, but also ensures the accuracy of the data. Based on the Internet, the system can be distributed to the whole country, and the survey results can be viewed in real time, and the investigation work is not limited by time and space. Through the big data technology to analyze the survey results, can reduce the complexity of the analysis work, analysis results more accurate, more targeted. Form a use case diagram, then comb the business process, form a business flow chart, and finally complete the requirements analysis report; After the requirement analysis is completed, the system design work is divided into two stages, the first stage is the summary design, including logical architecture design, functional architecture design, deployment architecture design, security architecture design. The technical route design, finally formed the outline design report, after the outline design completed, the overall system construction thought has been determined; The second stage is the detailed design, including database design, module design, class design, interface design, interface design, key problem solution design, and finally form a detailed design report in the detailed design phase. Several key issues of the system are designed, including the distribution process of additional issues, the export of the survey results, support for mobile access, batch import survey objects, support breakpoint answer. Multi-item storage. The system implementation stage, using extensible, stable, development efficiency of the JavaEE platform to achieve the system, mainly to achieve the task management, questionnaire management, analysis of the results of the survey. Basic data maintenance, online survey and other functions, in the system development phase of the introduction of functional testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, based on the test results of the system for multi-round optimization. Finally, the system online work is completed. After the system, the school place office has completed a number of investigations based on the system, and achieved a good application effect.
