山東省全民健身工程管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在山東省,群眾體育事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,全民健身事業(yè)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入逐年加大,各類場地設(shè)施大量增加,體育行政部門管理修建的場地設(shè)施就有近8萬個,其中去年年新建工程約7000個,場地建設(shè)數(shù)量和質(zhì)量、經(jīng)費(fèi)使用情況、驗(yàn)收和捐贈信息、管理運(yùn)營情況靠傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)檔案和粗放的手工方式來管理,不僅需要大量的人力物力,其準(zhǔn)確性和便捷性都非常欠缺,已不能滿足工作需要。本文基于此,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套山東省全民健身工程管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)在架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上采用B/S模式,語言實(shí)現(xiàn)上采用Java語言,Web頁面設(shè)計(jì)方面采用SSH框架,數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)采用Oracle Version 10g。系統(tǒng)自下向上分別為數(shù)據(jù)源、管理平臺、服務(wù)功能平臺和表示層,層與層之間通過服務(wù)供上層調(diào)用,服務(wù)之間設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的調(diào)用接口,屏蔽底層實(shí)現(xiàn),保證數(shù)據(jù)的安全性與一致性。山東省全民健身工程管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了六個模塊,工程信息采集、工程申請、工程活動管理、工程合同管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理及綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢。工程信息采集實(shí)現(xiàn)了全民健身活動中心工程信息采集、戶外體育健身工程信息采集、體育廣場工程信息采集、體育公園工程信息采集、農(nóng)民體育健身工程信息采集、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)街道工程信息采集、社區(qū)多功能運(yùn)動場工程信息采集、社區(qū)體育健身工程信息采集。工程申請實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程概況申報(bào)、工程資金預(yù)算申請、工程建設(shè)與管理、場地位置圖片維護(hù)、項(xiàng)目可行性報(bào)告維護(hù)、土地使用維護(hù)、資金證明維護(hù)、當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)改委立項(xiàng)文件維護(hù)。工程活動管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了字典維護(hù)、日;顒泳S護(hù)、全民健身運(yùn)動會維護(hù)。工程合同管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了合同鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)管理、合同社區(qū)管理、合同行政村管理;A(chǔ)信息管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了供應(yīng)商管理、村/社區(qū)維護(hù)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工程普查信息維護(hù)、省以上工程檔案維護(hù)。綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢實(shí)現(xiàn)了綜合查詢、綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)。實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)在山東省各級體育部門部署和應(yīng)用,徹底改變了健身公共信息管理的方式,不僅節(jié)約了人力物力,提高了管理的效率和便捷性,同時也提高了信息管理的準(zhǔn)確性,實(shí)現(xiàn)群體業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和數(shù)字化,為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)決策提供技術(shù)支撐和信息保障。
[Abstract]:In Shandong Province, mass sports development is rapid, the national fitness funding increased year by year, a large number of venues and facilities increased, sports administration management and construction of nearly 80,000 venues and facilities. Among them, about 7,000 new projects were built last year, the quantity and quality of site construction, the use of funds, acceptance and donation information, and the management of operation were managed by traditional paper files and extensive manual methods. Not only need a lot of manpower and material resources, its accuracy and convenience are very inadequate, can not meet the needs of the work. This paper based on this. Design and implement a set of Shandong National Fitness Engineering Management system. The system uses B / S mode in architecture design and SSH framework in language realization. The database is designed with Oracle Version 10g. the system is divided into data source, management platform, service function platform and presentation layer from the bottom up. Layer to layer through the service for the upper layer call, between the service design standard calling interface, shielding the bottom layer to ensure the security and consistency of the data. Shandong National Fitness Project Management system has implemented six modules. Engineering information collection, engineering application, engineering activity management, engineering contract management, basic information management and comprehensive statistical inquiry. Outdoor sports fitness engineering information collection, sports square engineering information collection, sports park engineering information collection, farmers sports fitness engineering information collection, township street engineering information collection. Community multi-function sports field engineering information collection, community sports fitness engineering information collection. The project application has realized the project general situation declaration, the project fund budget application, the project construction and the management, the site location picture maintenance. Project feasibility report maintenance, land use maintenance, fund certification maintenance, local NDRC project document maintenance. Engineering activity management achieved dictionary maintenance, daily activity maintenance. The project contract management realizes the contract township management, the contract community management, the contract administration village management, the basic information management realizes the supplier management, the village / community maintenance. The general survey information maintenance of township engineering, the maintenance of engineering archives above provincial level, and the comprehensive statistical inquiry have realized the comprehensive inquiry and comprehensive statistics. The realized system has been deployed and applied in the sports departments at all levels in Shandong Province. It not only saves manpower and material resources, improves the efficiency and convenience of management, but also improves the accuracy of information management, and realizes the networking and digitization of group business. Provide technical support and information support for leading scientific decision-making.
