【摘要】：閱讀療法是一種通過閱讀來養(yǎng)護身心的方法。在人類歷史長河中,無意識的閱讀療法實踐源遠流長;在當今社會,圖書館員、心理咨詢師、醫(yī)生、社會工作者等諸多行業(yè)人員也逐步認識到閱讀療法的重要作用,并將其納入到工作中。在校大學生是祖國的未來,他們的身心健康關乎我國現(xiàn)代化建設大計,而心理資本與身心健康有著極為密切的聯(lián)系,心理資本是個體在成長中表現(xiàn)出的積極心理狀態(tài),它能夠幫助緩解壓力對個體造成的影響,增加積極情緒體驗,激發(fā)個體潛能,使人們在學習和工作中更好地實現(xiàn)自我價值、為社會發(fā)展貢獻力量。本文將閱讀療法與心理資本結合起來,致力于研究兩個問題:閱讀療法能否有效提升大學生心理資本水平和閱讀療法為什么能(或不能)提升大學生心理資本水平。對于第一個問題,設計了一個分組實驗,通過問卷將30名受試者分為交互組、書目組和對照組,對各組施以不同的干預方式,6周后再次施測問卷,對比分析兩次問卷的數(shù)據(jù),結合受試者書面或口頭報告,得出實驗結果;對于第二個問題,主要采用訪談法收集數(shù)據(jù),利用Nvivo質性軟件輔助編碼與分析,挖掘閱讀療法影響大學生心理資本的因素,并在此基礎上,嘗試構建閱讀療法的作用機制模型。本文可分為六個部分:(1)第一部分為緒論,主要闡述了閱讀療法干預大學生心理資本的研究背景、研究目的及意義、研究思路、采用的主要方法以及選題的創(chuàng)新點和難點;綜述了閱讀療法和心理資本研究在國內外的發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀;(2)第二部分為該研究的理論基礎,對文中的核心概念進行界定,并提出研究的理論支撐和依據(jù);(3)第三部分為實驗設計與實施,通過實驗前測問卷對受試者進行篩選,并將受試者分為交互組、書目組和對照組,對三組受試者實施不同的干預方式,六周之后三組受試者需要完成實驗后測問卷,以獲取并分析實驗前后變量的量化數(shù)據(jù)。其中,對交互組列出書單并嚴謹實施交互方案,對書目組列出書單但不執(zhí)行交互方案,對對照組不做任何處理;(4)第四部分從定量與定性兩個角度呈現(xiàn)了閱讀療法干預大學生心理資本實驗的結果,并對結果進行分析與討論;(5)第五部分利用訪談法采集數(shù)據(jù),依據(jù)扎根理論方法對相關數(shù)據(jù)資料進行轉錄、校對、匿名化、編號與編碼處理,以探究閱讀療法的起效因子,并在此基礎上構建出閱讀療法作用機制模型;(6)最后一部分梳理全文內容,指出研究的不足之處及未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Reading therapy is a method of curing body and mind through reading. In the long history of human being, the practice of unconscious reading therapy has a long history. In today's society, librarians, psychological counsellors, doctors, social workers and many other professionals have gradually recognized the important role of reading therapy, and brought it into the work. College students are the future of our country. Their physical and mental health is related to the modernization of China, and psychological capital and physical and mental health have a very close relationship, psychological capital is an individual in the growth of the positive psychological state. It can help alleviate the impact of stress on individuals, increase positive emotional experience, stimulate individual potential, and enable people to better realize their self-worth in their study and work. This paper combines reading therapy with psychological capital. This paper focuses on two questions: whether reading therapy can effectively improve the psychological capital level of college students and why reading therapy can (or cannot) improve the level of college students' psychological capital. A group experiment was designed. 30 subjects were divided into interactive group, bibliographic group and control group by questionnaire. After 6 weeks of intervention, the data of the two questionnaires were compared and analyzed. Combined with the subjects' written or oral reports, the results of the experiments were obtained; For the second question, we mainly use the interview method to collect data, use Nvivo qualitative software to code and analyze, excavate the factors that the reading therapy affects the psychological capital of college students, and on this basis. This article can be divided into six parts: 1) the first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the reading therapy intervention university student psychological capital research background, the research goal and the significance. Research ideas, the main methods adopted as well as the innovation of the topic and difficulties; This paper summarizes the development and research status of reading therapy and psychological capital research at home and abroad. The second part is the theoretical basis of the study, defines the core concepts in the paper, and puts forward the theoretical support and basis of the research; The third part is the design and implementation of the experiment. The subjects were screened by pre-test questionnaire and divided into three groups: interactive group, bibliographic group and control group. After six weeks, three groups of subjects need to complete the post-test questionnaire to obtain and analyze the quantitative data of the variables before and after the experiment. The bibliography group lists the books but does not carry out the interactive scheme, and does not do any processing to the control group; Part 4th presents the results of reading therapy intervention on college students' psychological capital from both quantitative and qualitative aspects, and analyzes and discusses the results. Part 5th uses the interview method to collect the data, according to the rooted theory and method to transcribe, proofread, anonymous, numbering and coding to explore the effective factors of reading therapy. On this basis, the mechanism model of reading therapy was constructed. The last part combs the content of the paper, points out the deficiency of the research and the future research direction.
