【摘要】:鑒于 Scopus、Web of Science(WoS)與 Google Scholar(GS)所收錄的期刊在利用庫(kù)內(nèi)引文指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)時(shí),結(jié)果往往不盡相同,三個(gè)單源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)在計(jì)量學(xué)研究和應(yīng)用中各有局限,單純利用任一數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行期刊、學(xué)者測(cè)評(píng)都可能導(dǎo)致信息缺失,為了減少評(píng)估特定學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的期刊影響力時(shí)的偏差,更為全面的思路是將三個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合計(jì)算,構(gòu)成基于多個(gè)不同數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)來(lái)源數(shù)據(jù)的綜合性引文分析測(cè)度。論文以細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、植物學(xué)、圖書(shū)情報(bào)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、語(yǔ)言學(xué)和哲學(xué)這六個(gè)學(xué)科2009-2014年數(shù)據(jù)為實(shí)證基礎(chǔ),嘗試對(duì)比Scopus、WoS和GS三個(gè)單源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的引文指標(biāo)差異。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),三個(gè)單源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的總被引數(shù)值結(jié)果不盡相同,各庫(kù)中引文數(shù)據(jù)總體滿足GSScopusWoS;排名越靠前的期刊,在各個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的引文數(shù)據(jù)差異越大;由于各個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中引文數(shù)據(jù)的差異,導(dǎo)致期刊基于引文指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)時(shí),結(jié)果在各庫(kù)間顯著不同。在選擇復(fù)合指標(biāo)時(shí),以期刊被引次數(shù)這一底層參量為切入點(diǎn),采用可以反映整體數(shù)據(jù)的平均水平的算術(shù)均值作為基本復(fù)合方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上補(bǔ)充體現(xiàn)數(shù)值分布均衡性的幾何均值和調(diào)和均值,對(duì)各期刊進(jìn)行多源數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)合引文研究。均值測(cè)度結(jié)果證明,復(fù)合型指標(biāo)總體上能較為準(zhǔn)確地反映期刊在學(xué)科中的地位;利用均值復(fù)合方法得到的最終指標(biāo)值,其結(jié)果與Scopus期刊的被引次數(shù)最為接近,其數(shù)值結(jié)果總體上滿足GSCA≥CMScopusWoS;多源數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)合引文與單個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)引文的期刊排名差異呈現(xiàn)"兩端小、中間大"之現(xiàn)象;累計(jì)均值(算術(shù)、幾何、調(diào)和)與期刊數(shù)之間未證實(shí)存在布拉德福定律,但在期刊數(shù)量等同的三分區(qū)內(nèi),累計(jì)被引均值滿足形如n2:1n:1的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分布;算術(shù)均值、幾何均值和調(diào)和均值雖有差異,但亦有線性關(guān)聯(lián),應(yīng)用中可選其一。本研究還使用變異系數(shù),對(duì)單源與多源數(shù)據(jù)的離散度進(jìn)行了分析。在其他復(fù)合方法上,還探索了論文在多個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的最大施引文獻(xiàn)集合,作為在論文層次復(fù)合方法的補(bǔ)充。理論與實(shí)證結(jié)果均證明,采用均值法和最大施引文獻(xiàn)法對(duì)WoS、Scopus和GS三個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行的復(fù)合引文分析,均可在一定程度上均衡了三個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)差異性,得到一個(gè)相對(duì)全面、公正的期刊測(cè)評(píng)參數(shù),從而更為全面的反映計(jì)量學(xué)中的引文數(shù)據(jù)。在實(shí)際的評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用中,若數(shù)據(jù)中極端值較少的情況下,算術(shù)均值、幾何均值和調(diào)和均值三種復(fù)合方法可換用,若引文數(shù)據(jù)在三個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中差異較大,則采用幾何均值和調(diào)和均值相較于算術(shù)均值的結(jié)果更佳。結(jié)合本文的理論研究?jī)?nèi)容,與我國(guó)目前科研評(píng)價(jià)中的問(wèn)題與現(xiàn)狀,本研究也提出針對(duì)科研評(píng)價(jià)中的期刊評(píng)價(jià)、學(xué)科差異、科研人員評(píng)價(jià)和評(píng)價(jià)方法運(yùn)用四個(gè)方面的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the journals included in Scopusa Web of Science WoS and Google Scholaria are evaluated by citation indexes in the database. The results are often different, the three single-source databases have their limitations in metrology research and application. Using any database for journals, scholars' evaluation may lead to the lack of information. In order to reduce the deviation in evaluating the journal influence of a specific subject area, a more comprehensive idea is to combine the data of the three databases. A comprehensive citation analysis measure based on multiple data sources from different databases is presented in this paper, including cell biology, botany, library and information science, and management. Based on the 2009-2014 data of six disciplines of linguistics and philosophy, this paper tries to compare the differences of citation indexes between Scopusus WoS and GS. The total citation values of the three single source databases are different, and the citation data in each database generally meet the requirements of GSScopus WoS; The higher the ranking of journals, the greater the differences in citation data in each database; Because of the difference of citation data in each database, the results of periodical evaluation based on citation index are significantly different from each other. When selecting compound index, the bottom parameter of periodical citation number is taken as the starting point. The arithmetic mean, which can reflect the average level of the whole data, is adopted as the basic composite method, and the geometric mean and harmonic mean, which reflect the equilibrium of numerical distribution, are supplemented on this basis. The multi-source data compound citation of each periodical is studied. The results of mean value measure prove that the composite index can accurately reflect the status of the periodical in the subject. The final index value obtained by the mean value composite method is the most close to the number of citations in Scopus journals, and the numerical results generally meet the requirements of GSCA 鈮,
