【摘要】：某公司研發(fā)中心作為企業(yè)的核心單位,主要從事企業(yè)核心技術的研發(fā)工作,并以科研項目的形式進行管理。該公司的技術文檔涉及較多企業(yè)技術機密。隨著科研項目的增多,項目管理難度越來越大,通過傳統(tǒng)人工管理的方式將不能保證科研工作效率與質(zhì)量。并且科研項目電子文檔資料分散存儲,會造成部門之間信息共享度低,容易形成信息孤島。但是,由于科研工作的特殊性,隨著科研項目的進行會產(chǎn)生大量涉密試驗數(shù)據(jù)和資料,引入信息化技術進行項目管理工作會加大科研機構的保密管理工作難度。因此,對如何在企業(yè)研發(fā)機構實現(xiàn)在安全保密環(huán)境下對科研項目進行信息化管理展開研究對企業(yè)研發(fā)機構的信息化建設具有重要意義。本文以某公司研發(fā)中心為研究對象,針對研發(fā)中心科技創(chuàng)新項目在保密管理工作與項目管理工作上存在的問題,充分挖掘企業(yè)需求,設計了一套將保密管理與科技創(chuàng)新項目管理進行有機集成的科技創(chuàng)新保密管理信息系統(tǒng),并對系統(tǒng)集成方案與系統(tǒng)中科技創(chuàng)新項目管理模塊的主要功能進行了詳細分析設計與實現(xiàn)。本文的主要工作如下:(1)根據(jù)研發(fā)中心現(xiàn)存問題以及需求分析,提出科技創(chuàng)新保密管理系統(tǒng)整體解決方案。(2)基于系統(tǒng)整體解決方案中的科技創(chuàng)新管理子系統(tǒng)方案,對科技創(chuàng)新管理子系統(tǒng)進行詳細功能設計與數(shù)據(jù)庫設計。(3)對兩子系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)集成方案進行設計并提出了 B/S與C/S異構軟件模式下的統(tǒng)一認證方案。(4)采用Java與C#編程語言、Webservice等技術,完成了對科技創(chuàng)新子系統(tǒng)詳細設計功能的實現(xiàn)以及子系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)集成與統(tǒng)一認證的實現(xiàn)。(5)通過對系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)部分進行全面測試,修改系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的漏洞,確保了實現(xiàn)模塊在試運行階段的正常運行。本文設計的科技創(chuàng)新保密管理系統(tǒng)在試運行階段改善了研發(fā)中心的保密環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)了科技創(chuàng)新項目的信息化管理,并且保證了科技創(chuàng)新項目實行信息化管理的保密性,避免了因引入信息化技術而導致科研資料泄密問題,提高了研發(fā)中心科技創(chuàng)新項目的管理水平。
[Abstract]:A R & D center as the core unit of enterprises, mainly engaged in enterprise core technology research and development work, and management in scientific research project. Technical documents involving the company's technical secrets more enterprises. With the increasing of the research project, project management is becoming more and more difficult, the traditional manual management mode will not be able to ensure the quality and efficiency of the research work and research projects. Electronic documents stored, will cause the information sharing between departments is low, easy to form the information island. However, due to the particularity of scientific research, with the purpose of scientific research will produce a large number of classified test data and information, the introduction of information technology project management work will increase the difficulty of scientific research institutions of the security management work. Therefore, how to implement in the security environment of scientific research project management information system in enterprises and research institutions Has important significance on studying the informatization construction of enterprises and research institutions. Based on the research and development center of a company as the research object, aiming at the innovation of science and technology project research and development center in the security management and project management work, to fully tap the needs of the enterprise, will design a set of security management and technology innovation project management of the organic integration of science and technology innovative security management information system, and the main function of technology innovation project management module and system integration scheme of the system design and implementation of a detailed analysis. The main work of this paper are as follows: (1) according to the existing problems of research and development center and needs analysis, put forward the security management system of science and technology innovation of the overall solution. (2) science and technology innovation system management system overall solution based on the detailed design, function design and data base of science and technology innovation management subsystem. (3) system integration projects of two subsystems were designed and developed a unified authentication scheme of B/S and C/S heterogeneous software mode. (4) using Java and C# programming language, Webservice technology, completed the implementation of the detailed design of function innovation subsystem and data subsystem integration and unified authentication. (5) through a comprehensive test on the part of system implementation, modify the system in the process of vulnerability, ensure the realization of normal operation module in the trial operation stage. The innovation of science and technology of security management system designed in this paper to improve the security environment research center in operation phase, realize the information management of scientific and technological innovation projects. And to ensure the secrecy of information management science and technology innovation project, avoid the introduction of information technology to research data leakage problems, improve the science and Technology Innovation Research Center Objective management level.
