【摘要】：隨著老齡化程度的逐步加深,建立和完善我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的養(yǎng)老保障體系,發(fā)展多種養(yǎng)老方式,成為我國(guó)急需解決的問(wèn)題之一。同時(shí),在未放開(kāi)二胎政策之前,由于計(jì)劃生育的實(shí)施,導(dǎo)致家庭模式趨于小型化,越來(lái)越多的雙獨(dú)家庭面臨著沉重的養(yǎng)老負(fù)擔(dān),居家養(yǎng)老成為挑戰(zhàn)。因此,在社會(huì)福利社會(huì)化政策的背景下,鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)力量開(kāi)辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),運(yùn)用多種方式緩解養(yǎng)老難的問(wèn)題,成為我國(guó)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。石家莊市作為河北省的省會(huì),同樣面臨養(yǎng)老方式選擇的諸多問(wèn)題,研究石家莊市民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度,在獲取滿意度現(xiàn)狀的前提下,尋找問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根源,提出解決對(duì)策,提高服務(wù)的供給質(zhì)量。本文以石家莊市民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)作為研究對(duì)象,闡述了民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的研究背景、研究理論,根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)查情況,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,分析石家莊市民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度,提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。全文分為六章,第一章是緒論,主要介紹研究背景、研究目的、研究對(duì)象和研究方法等。第二章是文獻(xiàn)分析及研究思路,包括概念界定、研究理論及學(xué)者的研究現(xiàn)狀。涉及的理論包括福利多元主義理論、社會(huì)福利社會(huì)化理論。第三、四章是本文的核心部分。對(duì)石家莊當(dāng)?shù)氐拿褶k養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)地調(diào)查并進(jìn)行研究分析,根據(jù)石家莊民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的具體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析影響民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中老人滿意度的因素。首先,運(yùn)用定性分析方法進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,對(duì)民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的基本情況進(jìn)行了解。其次,運(yùn)用定量分析方法,通過(guò)滿意度指標(biāo)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)入住民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的老人進(jìn)行滿意度分析,得出影響老人滿意度的重要因素。最后,通過(guò)定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,得出現(xiàn)階段民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的滿意度現(xiàn)狀,并提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策。第五章也是本文的重點(diǎn)部分,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及國(guó)家政策,指出完善民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度的對(duì)策建議。第六章研究不足與展望,指出本文在研究過(guò)程中存在的缺陷,并提出未來(lái)研究的新突破、新視野。研究表明,石家莊市民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)正在逐漸發(fā)展壯大,但同時(shí)存在一些問(wèn)題制約著滿意度的提升。機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的提供,不僅僅要求提供服務(wù)的項(xiàng)目,更要求服務(wù)提供的質(zhì)量,只有提供優(yōu)良的服務(wù),才能得到較為認(rèn)可的滿意度。今后機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老發(fā)展在追求速度和數(shù)量的同時(shí)也應(yīng)兼顧服務(wù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)效率,為老年人創(chuàng)造一個(gè)幸福的晚年生活。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the aging degree, it has become one of the urgent problems for our country to establish and perfect the existing old-age security system and develop a variety of pension methods. At the same time, before the policy of second child is released, the family model tends to be miniaturized because of the implementation of family planning. More and more families are facing heavy burden of providing for the aged, so it is a challenge to provide for the aged at home. Therefore, under the background of socialized social welfare policy, encouraging social forces to set up pension institutions and using various ways to alleviate the problem of pension difficulties has become a top priority in our country. Shijiazhuang, as the provincial capital of Hebei Province, also faces many problems in the choice of old-age support mode. This paper studies the satisfaction degree of private pension institutions in Shijiazhuang City. On the premise of obtaining the satisfaction degree, it seeks for the root causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems. Improve the quality of service supply. This paper takes the private pension institutions in Shijiazhuang as the research object, expounds the research background, the research theory, according to the actual investigation situation, using the statistical analysis method, analyzes the satisfaction degree of the private pension institutions in Shijiazhuang. The corresponding solutions are put forward. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research purposes, research objects and research methods. The second chapter is literature analysis and research ideas, including concept definition, research theory and scholars' research status. The theories involved include welfare pluralism theory and social welfare socialization theory. The third, fourth chapter is the core part of this paper. Based on the investigation and analysis of the local private pension institutions in Shijiazhuang, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the satisfaction of the elderly in the private pension institutions according to the specific development situation of the private pension institutions in Shijiazhuang. First of all, the qualitative analysis method is used for case study to understand the basic situation of private pension institutions. Secondly, by using the quantitative analysis method, through the statistical analysis of the satisfaction index, the author analyzes the satisfaction degree of the elderly who live in the private pension institution, and obtains the important factors that affect the satisfaction degree of the elderly. Finally, through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the present situation of satisfaction of private pension institutions is obtained, and the improvement countermeasures are put forward. The fifth chapter is also the key part of this paper, according to the survey results, combined with the relevant experience and national policies at home and abroad, the author points out the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of private pension institutions. The sixth chapter points out the defects in the research process and points out the new breakthrough and new vision in the future research. The research shows that the private pension institutions in Shijiazhuang are developing gradually, but there are some problems restricting the improvement of satisfaction at the same time. The provision of institutional pension service requires not only the project of service, but also the quality of service. Only by providing excellent service, can we get more acceptable satisfaction. In order to create a happy old age life for the elderly, the development of institutional pension should take into account the quality of service and the efficiency of service while pursuing the speed and quantity of the development of the aged in the future.
