【摘要】：我國從1990年進入老齡化社會以后,人口老齡化的程度在不斷加深。在我國城鎮(zhèn)中,人口老齡化的問題尤為突出,已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為限制我國城鎮(zhèn)化水平提高的重要因素之一。要促進我國城鎮(zhèn)化的健康發(fā)展,解決老齡化問題,就必須走發(fā)展養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的道路。發(fā)展養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)可以解決城鎮(zhèn)化中的人口老齡化問題,同時也可以提高城鎮(zhèn)化的水平,促進城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。因此,研究養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式與途徑,對促進我國城鎮(zhèn)養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,解決養(yǎng)老問題具有重要的意義。本文的研究背景是人口老齡化日益嚴重的這一社會現(xiàn)象,重點分析的內(nèi)容是我國城鎮(zhèn)養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式與途徑。為了研究這個重點內(nèi)容,本文首先對文章的理論基礎(chǔ)進行了綜合性的分析。通過國內(nèi)外關(guān)于養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究綜述我們可以看出,學術(shù)界對養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究主要集中在產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)涵和性質(zhì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟關(guān)系、產(chǎn)業(yè)模式、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對策等幾個方面,而對養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式與途徑的系統(tǒng)性的研究少之又少,因而本文將重點研究養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式與途徑。首先,本文分析了我國城鎮(zhèn)中人口老齡化和養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細具體的介紹了三種養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,并對各種模式在我國發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢做出了分析。其次,基于CHARLS數(shù)據(jù)對我國城鎮(zhèn)養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的選擇進行了實證研究,綜合分析了我國目前養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所適合的模式,指出了其發(fā)展中存在的問題。最后,結(jié)合上述分析,提出了我國養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要途徑,并針對發(fā)展中的問題提出了一些相關(guān)的對策和建議。在文章的結(jié)尾,我們主要對本文研究的結(jié)論做出了概括性的陳述,同時也指出了本文研究中存在的創(chuàng)新以及不足之處,對未來關(guān)于養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式與途徑的研究前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:After China entered the aging society in 1990, the population aging degree deepening. In China's cities and towns, the population aging problem is particularly prominent, has become one of the important factors restricting China's urbanization level. In order to promote the healthy development of urbanization, to solve the problem of aging. We must take the development of the pension industry road. The development of the pension industry can solve the problem of aging population in urbanization, but also can improve the level of the urbanization, promote the development of urban economy. Therefore, the research on development model and way of pension industry size, to promote the development of China's urban pension industry, has important significance to solve the pension problem. The research background of this paper is the social phenomenon of population aging is becoming increasingly serious, focuses on the analysis of the content is the development model and path of China's urban pension industry. In order to study the key The content, makes a comprehensive analysis of this paper and theoretical basis of the article. Through the summary of domestic and foreign research on the pension industry, we can see that the research on the pension industry academia mainly concentrated in the industrial connotation and nature, industry and economy, industry mode, several industry development of countermeasures, and systematic research the development of the pension industry pattern and way of less and less, so this paper will focus on the development model and path of the pension industry. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of population aging in China's urban and the pension industry, based on the detailed introduction of the three pension industry development model, and the model in our the advantages and disadvantages of the development has made the analysis. Secondly, the CHARLS data on the development of China's urban pension industry model based selection for the empirical research, comprehensive analysis of China's current pension The suitable mode of industrial development, points out the problems in its development. Finally, with the above analysis, put forward the main ways of the development of China's pension industry, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in its development. In the end of this paper, we study the main conclusions of this paper made a general statement also pointed out that this study have the innovation and shortcomings, the prospects for future research on the mode of development and ways of the pension industry is prospected.
