【摘要】：人類對于夢想的追求,源于內(nèi)心追求真善美的精神動力。文化的發(fā)展,文明的創(chuàng)造,都是人類精神世界的延伸。馬克思關(guān)于人的自由全面發(fā)展的理論,應(yīng)該是人類發(fā)展的指南,人的自由全面發(fā)展也是衡量社會發(fā)展的最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以自由飛行為特征的通用航空既是人的自由發(fā)展的生動體現(xiàn),也是促進自由發(fā)展的重要手段。中國當(dāng)代通用航空事業(yè)之所以不夠發(fā)達(dá),航空文化缺失是一個重要原因。通用航空文化在當(dāng)代中國剛剛興起,通用航空發(fā)展正在成為熱點。通用航空文化是通用航空的靈魂,與通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)互為表里、相輔相成。是軟件與硬件、精神與物質(zhì)的關(guān)系。自由飛行是中華民族悠久的愿望,不僅是中國夢的一部分,也應(yīng)該是全面小康社會建成的重要標(biāo)志。本文研究的目的,就是構(gòu)建通用航空文化建設(shè)的基本理論,探索通用航空文化建設(shè)的規(guī)律,尋找通用航空文化建設(shè)的方法路徑,促進經(jīng)濟社會的進步和人的自由全面發(fā)展。本文以馬克思主義為理論基礎(chǔ),以中國特色社會主義理論為指導(dǎo),就通用航空文化建設(shè)的目的、內(nèi)涵以及方法和途徑等進行了較為系統(tǒng)而深入的研究。具體內(nèi)容包括:第一章,導(dǎo)論。對選題的緣起、選題研究的理論和實踐意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的思路和方法、創(chuàng)新點作了一個概要的說明。第二章,通用航空文化研究與建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合通用航空文化的特點,論述了馬克思主義的文化觀、馬克思關(guān)于人的自由全面發(fā)展的理論、馬克思主義的實踐觀及文化與實踐的關(guān)系的一些重要理論。馬克思主義理論平臺是通用航空文化建設(shè)的理論基石,是本文后續(xù)理論架構(gòu)形成的重要基礎(chǔ)。第二章還界定了通用航空文化的基本概念,論述了通用航空文化的基本內(nèi)涵和外在表現(xiàn),并從物質(zhì)文化層面、制度文化層面、行為文化層面以及價值觀文化層面對通用航空文化的層次結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析。第三章,通用航空文化建設(shè)的歷史與現(xiàn)狀分析�；仡櫫送ㄓ煤娇瘴幕臍v史演進,對航空文化的起源以及通用航空文化的發(fā)展行了考察;分析了通用航空文化建設(shè)在我國現(xiàn)代化進程中的意義,對通用航空文化建設(shè)促進文化現(xiàn)代化和人的現(xiàn)代化進行了論述。第四章,通用航空文化的精神特征及價值構(gòu)建。從社會主義核心價值觀演繹出我國通用航空文化應(yīng)該具有的精神特征,并將其概括為自由精神、探索精神、創(chuàng)新精神、人本精神、開放精神、服務(wù)精神、法治精神。在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了通用航空文化的社會價值,分析了交通變革、科技發(fā)展以及飛行對人們生活的深刻影響。論述了自由飛行促進人的全面發(fā)展,對當(dāng)代中國全面建成小康社會宏偉目標(biāo)的重要作用�？疾炝送ㄓ煤娇瘴幕ㄔO(shè)在豐富社會主義核心價值觀,以及強化國民航空意識、建設(shè)航空強國方面的積極意義。第五章,以產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為依托建設(shè)通用航空文化。論述了文化與產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)系,分析了通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化氣質(zhì)、發(fā)展通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)對文化建設(shè)的促進以及文化資源對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的作用,考察了通用航空制造產(chǎn)業(yè)和通用航空服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化建設(shè)的重點,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展促進通用航空文化建設(shè)。第六章,通用航空文化建設(shè)的多種途徑。通用航空文化建設(shè)需要從政府、公民、企業(yè)和社會等多個方面入手,進行全面構(gòu)建和系統(tǒng)推進。提出了運用思想政治教育的有效方法,強化國民的航空意識、建設(shè)先進航空文化的系列途徑。構(gòu)建了通過開展通用航空活動和開發(fā)航空文化產(chǎn)品,加強通用航空文化建設(shè)的方法和途徑。第七章,通用航空文化建設(shè)實踐研究,以中航通用飛機有限責(zé)任公司為例。從企業(yè)文化建設(shè)和通用航空文化建設(shè)兩個方面,分析了中航通用飛機有限責(zé)任公司文化建設(shè)的主要做法,考察了文化建設(shè)對企業(yè)發(fā)展的作用,以及通用航空文化建設(shè)實踐的特點等。本文的創(chuàng)新點主要體現(xiàn)在以下三個方面:一是初步建構(gòu)起通用航空文化及其建設(shè)的基本理論體系,從而豐富了社會主義先進文化的研究內(nèi)容。本文從馬克思主義的文化觀出發(fā),在先進文化建設(shè)的總體框架下,從促進人的自由全面發(fā)展的視域,進行通用航空文化理論體系研究和實踐探索,拓展了當(dāng)代先進文化的研究范圍。二是提出了通用航空文化與通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)及人的生活改變互動發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律,從而為航空文化建設(shè)找到了基本的路徑依據(jù)。研究通用航空文化的目的是通過文化建設(shè),促進通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)人們生活方式的改變,促進人的現(xiàn)代化和人的自由全面發(fā)展。三是對中航通用飛機有限責(zé)任公司文化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)進行了深入的個案分析,從而提供了通用航空文化建設(shè)的生動案例。本文以上述的基本理論和規(guī)律為分析框架,結(jié)合作者的工作實踐經(jīng)驗和第一手資料,總結(jié)了實踐層面的經(jīng)驗,比較系統(tǒng)地提出了通用航空文化建設(shè)的基本路徑,并對其進行了反饋驗證。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of the dream comes from the spiritual motive of the pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty in the heart. The development of culture and the creation of civilization are the extension of the human spiritual world. Marx's theory of human free and comprehensive development should be the guide to human development, and the free and comprehensive development of human beings is the highest standard for measuring social development and free flight. The characteristic general aviation is not only a vivid embodiment of the free development of human beings, but also an important means to promote the free development. The reason why the cause of China's contemporary general aviation is not developed is an important reason. General aviation culture is just rising in contemporary China, and the development of general Aero air is becoming a hot spot. The soul of general aviation is complementary to the general aviation industry. It is the relationship between software and hardware, and the relationship between spirit and material. Free flight is the long desire of the Chinese nation, not only a part of the Chinese dream but also an important symbol of the completion of a well-off society. The purpose of this study is to build a general aviation culture. The basic theory is to explore the law of general aviation culture construction, to find the way of general aviation culture construction, to promote economic and social progress and to develop people's free and comprehensive development. This paper, based on Marx theory as the theoretical basis and guided by the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, aims at the purpose, connotation, and methods of general aviation culture construction. The specific contents include: the first chapter, introduction, the origin of the topic, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, the current research status at home and abroad, the ideas and methods of the research, the innovation point, and the second chapter, the theoretical basis of the research and construction of general aviation culture. The characteristics of the empty culture, the cultural view of Marx, the theory of Marx's free and comprehensive development, the practice view of Marx and the important theory of the relationship between culture and practice. The platform of Marx theory is the theoretical basis of the construction of general aviation culture, and it is the important foundation for the formation of the following theoretical framework of this article. The second chapter also defines the basic concept of general aviation culture, discusses the basic connotation and external performance of general aviation culture, and analyzes the structure of general aviation culture from the material and cultural level, the institutional culture level, the behavioral culture level and the value culture layer. The third chapter, the history of general aviation culture construction. The historical evolution of general aviation culture is reviewed, the origin of Aeronautical culture and the development of general aviation culture are examined. The significance of general aviation culture construction in the process of modernization in China is analyzed, and the cultural modernization and human modernization are discussed. The fourth chapter, general aviation The spiritual characteristics and value construction of the empty culture. From the socialist core values, the spiritual characteristics of the general aviation culture in China should be deducted and summarized as free spirit, exploring spirit, innovation spirit, humanistic spirit, open spirit, service spirit and rule of law. On this basis, the social value of general Aviation culture is studied. This paper analyzes the profound influence of traffic change, science and technology development and flight on people's life. It discusses the important role of free flight to promote the all-round development of people, and the important role of modern China to build a well-off society in an all-round way. It also investigates the development of general aviation culture in enriching the core values of socialism, and strengthening national aviation awareness and construction. The fifth chapter is to build a general aviation culture based on the development of industry. The relationship between culture and industry is discussed. The cultural temperament of general aviation industry is analyzed, the promotion of general aviation industry to cultural construction and the role of cultural resources in industrial development are developed, and the general aviation manufacturing industry and the general aviation industry are also investigated. The key point of cultural construction of general aviation service industry is to promote general aviation culture construction through industrial development. The sixth chapter, the various ways of general aviation culture construction.
