三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士科研能力與職業(yè)認(rèn)同相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the present situation of nurses' scientific research ability and professional identity in Grade 3A Hospital, to study the influencing factors of nurses' scientific research ability and professional identity, and to analyze the correlation between nurses' scientific research ability and professional identity. According to the results of the study, this paper puts forward some targeted strategies to improve nurses' scientific research ability, strengthen nurses' professional identity, stabilize nursing staff, improve nursing quality and provide reference basis. Methods: 400 nurses in three Grade 3A hospitals in Changchun were investigated by convenience sampling. The questionnaire includes demographic sociology and related data questionnaire, self-rating scale for nursing staff's scientific research ability and occupational identity scale. Epi Data3.0 software is used to establish database and SPSS17.0 software is used to analyze and process the data. Results: 1. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out, 387 were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 96.88. 2. The median score of nurses' scientific research ability was 41.0 (32.0 / 83.0), 48.8% (189 / 189) in the low level group, 21.4% (83 / 83) in the middle level group and 29.4% (115 / 115) in the high level group. The scores of each dimension from low to high are "problem finding ability", "data analysis ability", "literature consulting ability", "scientific research design ability", "scientific research practice ability", "thesis writing ability". The scores of nurses' scientific research ability were statistically significant (P0.05 or P0.01) in terms of age, length of service, professional title, initial education, monthly income, scientific research results, job satisfaction, nurse-patient relationship and so on (P0.05 or P0.01). The total score of nurses' occupational identity was 103.0 (96.0112.0), the low score was 0% (0), the lower group was 3.1% (12), the middle group was 96.1% (372), the high score group was 0.8% (3 people). The scores of each dimension from low to high are: "career self-reflection", "career frustration coping", "vocational social communication skills", "vocational social support", "career cognitive evaluation". The scores of nurses' professional identity were statistically significant in the aspects of age, length of service, professional title, monthly income, scientific research results, job satisfaction and nurse-patient relationship (P0.05 or P0.01). 6.Spearman correlation analysis showed that, There was a positive correlation between nurses' scientific research ability and professional identity (P0.001). The results of stratified regression analysis showed that scientific research ability could combine job title, job satisfaction and explain 58.1% variation of professional identity, and nurses' scientific research ability could positively predict professional identity. Conclusion: 1. The scientific research ability of nurses is at the middle and low level, and their scientific research ability is different with age, length of service, professional title, initial educational background, monthly income, scientific research achievement, job satisfaction, nurse-patient relationship, etc. The professional identity of nurses is at the middle level, and their professional identity is also different with age, length of service, professional title, monthly income, scientific research achievement, job satisfaction, nurse-patient relationship, etc. There is a positive correlation between nurses' scientific research ability and their professional identity. The scientific research ability can positively predict the professional identity, and the improvement of the scientific research ability is helpful to strengthen the nurses' professional identity.
