【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)v2.5初步探究中醫(yī)藥治療年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性的用藥規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),為中醫(yī)藥治療年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性提供一條新的思緒。方法:在有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫中檢索中醫(yī)藥治療年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性的文獻(xiàn),建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的方劑分析,挖掘出治療年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性的各味中藥使用頻次及組方規(guī)律,并得出新處方。結(jié)果:通過對(duì)196首方劑168味藥分析,高頻次的藥物為茯苓、當(dāng)歸、枸杞子、白術(shù)、丹參、甘草、黃芪、山藥、川芎、熟地黃等,藥物分類以補(bǔ)虛藥、活血化瘀藥、利水滲濕藥、清熱藥、止血藥等為主。設(shè)定支持度為30、置信度為0.6,得到34個(gè)常用藥對(duì)。設(shè)定相關(guān)度為6,懲罰度為2,挖掘出含有隱性規(guī)律的3味中藥的核心組合,共計(jì)23組。最終得出4個(gè)新方組合:①黨參、陳皮、白術(shù)、楮實(shí)子、菟絲子、枸杞子、五味子②大薊、茜草、姜黃、生地黃、小薊、牡丹皮③當(dāng)歸、薏苡仁、川芎、紅花④白扁豆、砂仁、蓮子心、人參。結(jié)論:1.基于頻次統(tǒng)計(jì)法、改進(jìn)的互信息法、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類、無監(jiān)督的熵層次聚類等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),為分析治療年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性方劑的用藥規(guī)律提供了一定的科學(xué)憑據(jù)。2.年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性以滋養(yǎng)肝腎、健脾利濕、活血化瘀為主要治法。3.中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)v2.5的核心組合和備選新處方為臨床提供了新的參考,為開發(fā)新藥奠定理論基礎(chǔ),但還需臨床研究和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究等進(jìn)一步評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of drug use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration by means of v2.5, and to provide a new thought for the treatment of age-related macular degeneration with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: the literature on the treatment of age-related macular degeneration with traditional Chinese medicine was searched in the database, the database was established, the prescription analysis was carried out, and the usage frequency and prescription rule of each Chinese medicine for treatment of age-related macular degeneration were excavated. And get a new prescription. Results: according to the analysis of 168 medicines of 196 prescriptions, the high frequency drugs were Poria cocos, Angelica sinensis, Fructus Lycii, Atractylodes macrocephala, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Astragali, Chinese yam, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Radix Rehmanniae, etc. Heat-clearing drugs, hemostatic drugs and so on. The set support was 30, the confidence was 0.6, and 34 common drug pairs were obtained. The correlation degree was 6 and the penalty degree was 2. The core combination of 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine containing recessive law was excavated, 23 groups in total. Finally, four new combinations of Codonopsis chinensis, Chen Pei, Atractylodes macrocephala, Fructus Broussoneae, Cuscuta chinensis, Fructus Lycii, Schisandra chinensis, alizarin, turmeric, Radix Rehmanniae, artichoke, Peony 3 Angelica, Coix seed, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Safflower 4 White lentils, Amomum villosum, Lotus seed heart, ginseng. Conclusion 1. Based on frequency statistics, improved mutual information method, entropy clustering of complex systems, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining techniques, this paper provides some scientific evidence for analyzing the rule of drug use of age-related macular degeneration prescription. Age-related macular degeneration to nourish the liver and kidney, spleen and dampness, blood circulation and blood stasis as the main treatment. 3. The core combination and alternative new prescriptions of v2.5 provide a new reference for clinical practice and lay a theoretical foundation for the development of new drugs, but further evaluation is needed in clinical and experimental studies.
