【摘要】：目的:通過中醫(yī)外治法對瘡瘍的理論為指導(dǎo),依據(jù)創(chuàng)面的破潰程度,觀察銀黃洗劑浸漬療法對濕熱毒盛型糖尿病足病濕性壞疽的治療作用,有效的掌握治療糖尿病足病濕性壞疽的安全性及可靠性,為中醫(yī)外治法治療糖尿病足病提供有價值的參考。方法:采用隨機對照的方法,將42例濕熱毒盛型糖尿病足濕性壞疽的患者分為治療組21例,對照組21例。治療組以銀黃洗劑浸漬方法治療,對照組采用康復(fù)新液常規(guī)治療,每日一次,28天為一個療程。觀察兩組治療前后創(chuàng)面面積、創(chuàng)面深度、肉芽生長、創(chuàng)周滲出、疼痛情況及全血WBC、NE%、CRP含量的變化。用數(shù)碼照相機拍照記錄治療前后潰瘍面的變化,并用Image J圖像分析軟件計算創(chuàng)面面積、壞死組織面積、肉芽組織面積等。所得數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS18.0軟件進行結(jié)果分析。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率90%,對照組總有效率80%。治療組在改善膿液滲出情況、創(chuàng)面面積、創(chuàng)面深度、肉芽生長及疼痛方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療組對WBC、NE%及CRP的降低作用貫穿整個療程.結(jié)論:銀黃洗劑對創(chuàng)面的恢復(fù)有較好的促進作用,主要表現(xiàn)在對膿液滲出情況、創(chuàng)周紅腫、創(chuàng)周溫度及疼痛均有明顯改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Yinhuang lotion on wet gangrene of diabetic foot disease with damp-heat toxin based on the theory of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and according to the degree of wound breaking. To effectively grasp the safety and reliability of treating diabetic foot disease with wet gangrene, and to provide valuable reference for the treatment of diabetic foot disease by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 42 cases of diabetic foot gangrene were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 21) and control group (n = 21). The treatment group was treated with silver yellow lotion and the control group was treated with the routine treatment of rehabilitation new solution, once a day for 28 days as a course of treatment. The changes of wound area, wound depth, granulation growth, peri-traumatic exudation, pain and CRP content in whole blood were observed before and after treatment. The changes of ulcer surface were recorded by digital camera before and after treatment. The wound area, necrotic tissue area and granulation tissue area were calculated by Image J image analysis software. The data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 software. Results: the total effective rate was 90 in the treatment group and 80 in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving pus exudation, wound area, wound depth, granulation growth and pain, the difference was statistically significant. The decrease of WBC net% and CRP in the treatment group lasted the whole course of treatment. Conclusion: Yinhuang lotion has a good effect on the recovery of the wound, which mainly shows that it can improve the exudation of the pus, the redness of the wound, the temperature of the wound and the pain.
