【摘要】：目的:探討超聲檢查、磁共振成像檢查及兩者聯(lián)合三種方法對(duì)卵巢癌的診斷價(jià)值及對(duì)臨床分期的指導(dǎo)作用,達(dá)到提高患者生存質(zhì)量及生存率的目的。方法:選擇青海大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2015年3月至2016年12月經(jīng)病理手術(shù)確診的84例卵巢癌患者,患者均于術(shù)前進(jìn)行MRI和US檢測(cè),收集其US結(jié)果、MRI結(jié)果、US*MRI聯(lián)合結(jié)果,經(jīng)病理檢查驗(yàn)證,分別計(jì)算US、MRI、US*MRI分別診斷卵巢癌、卵巢癌分期的符合率,利用SPSS21.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件分析結(jié)果。結(jié)果:(1)US*MRI聯(lián)合診斷、MRI診斷、US診斷卵巢癌符合率分別為94.0%、81.0%、64.3%,三者比較差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩兩比較差別也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.017)。(2)US*MRI聯(lián)合診斷、MRI診斷、US診斷卵巢癌分期總符合率分別為93.3%、76%、56.0%,三者比較差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩兩比較差別也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.017)。針對(duì)每一期三種方法比較,第II、IV期三者比較差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),第IV期兩兩比較差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.017)。結(jié)論:聯(lián)合US與MRI診斷卵巢癌優(yōu)于US、MRI單獨(dú)檢查,對(duì)卵巢癌臨床分期提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the diagnostic value and clinical staging of ovarian cancer by ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and combination of the two methods in order to improve the quality of life and survival rate. Methods: 84 patients with ovarian cancer diagnosed by pathological surgery from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected from the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University. All the patients were examined with MRI and US before operation. The coincidence rate of MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and stage of ovarian cancer was calculated, and the results were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results the coincidence rates of MRI and MRI in diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma were 94.0 and 81.0 and 64.3, respectively. The difference among the three was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was also a significant difference between the two groups in the diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma by MRI combined with MRI and the total coincidence rate of US in the diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma. The difference among the three groups was statistically significant (P0.05), and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant (P0.017). According to the comparison of the three methods in each phase, the differences among the three stages were statistically significant (P 0.05), while in the fourth stage the differences were statistically significant (P 0.017). Conclusion: the combination of US and MRI is superior to MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and provides some reference value for clinical staging of ovarian cancer.
