【摘要】：目的對比甲狀腺癌與甲狀腺良性結節(jié)患者的超聲檢查結果,為甲狀腺癌的早期診斷提供依據(jù)。方法收集甲狀腺癌及甲狀腺良性結節(jié)的超聲檢查結果,對其進行回顧性分析。結果兩組286例患者的結節(jié)數(shù)目、形態(tài)、邊界、組織回聲、鈣化情況及淋巴結轉移情況差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。結論超聲檢查結果中,結節(jié)單發(fā)、邊界不清晰、形態(tài)不規(guī)則、組織低回聲、含沙礫樣鈣化,伴有淋巴結轉移,對甲狀腺癌的早期診斷具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the ultrasonographic findings of thyroid carcinoma with benign thyroid nodules and to provide evidence for the early diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods the ultrasonographic findings of thyroid carcinoma and benign thyroid nodules were analyzed retrospectively.Results there were significant differences in the number, shape, boundary, tissue echo, calcification and lymph node metastasis between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion the results of ultrasonic examination show that the nodules are solitary, the boundary is not clear, the shape is irregular, the tissue is low echo, contains gravel calcification, accompanied by lymph node metastasis, which has important significance for the early diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.
